OCP did a good job on my basement remodel. They did what I was looking for, at a good price.

OCP was terrific. Our basement flooded at night, and I found OCP the next morning. Talk about responsive -- They came right away, removed our soaked wall-to-wall carpet, disinfected and prepared the area for new vinyl plank flooring, which they installed a few days later. They did beautiful work, cleaned up nicely and were an overall joy to work with. We then hired them to do some repair/restoration work on our old garage (replacement of roof tiles, etc). Again, great, efficient work. And all at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

I had a toilet overflow and it ruined 2 rooms in the house and I needed someone quickly. The insurance company recommended a big cleanup company that didn t respond quickly. James at OCP was out the next day for clean up and worked diligently to clean up and start construction. Very hard working, organized and really did an outstanding high quality job. They were also extremely customer focused which was why I am most impressed. Always picked up the phone and responded which is rare. Will definitely hire them in the future. Also in general I highly recommend going with smaller companies rather than the big companies that do the minimum and charge way too much for what they do.

Cold weather makes the work go slowly. YOur list for furnace repair firms was in sad shape.

The contractor had a failure to communicate with the Architect. The contractor is now charging me extra to fix what did not pass the inspection that is required for the contractor to fix.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They will not complete the work on time, but insist on payment regardless and if you dispute, they will put a lien on your house regardless.

They did well on a flooring project, but not so well on a sink project. They installed a new screen also and had to come fix it again as well.

I was completely satisfied with everything that OCP Construction, James Chong did for me, and do recommend this company to others.

Jay was a pleasure to work with. He did exactly as requested. He and his team worked into the night to finish on time. Painting is beautiful. My neighbors are impressed and want Jay to paint for them, so I gave them his number. He will be very busy! Thanks Jay... I will have other jobs in the future...this guy does all kinds of remodeling.
