Description of Work: Called for a discussion on our suspected mice problem. |the guy on the phone from mice mob had zero interest in coming out to investigate. suggested we call somewhere else as it might be a racoon...which it's not. |

Description of Work: He figured out very quickly how the mice were getting into the house. Put some packets of poison in the attic so that they would eat it and go back to their nests outside. Came back the following week and sealed up all the holes outside by the electrical box. No more mice!

Description of Work: They performed a search for entry points of our townhome. They put bait down inside our house.

Description of Work: I had a very severe mice infestation that a previous exterminator was unable to resolve. After 2 and a hlf months of dealing with mice and the noise they make, Matt came along. I spoke with Matt around 9:00PM on a Thursday evening. He stopped by the next day to drop his bait. The mice made so much noise chasing the bait that it sounded like people were dancing in the attic. The noise continually reduced to nothing in 5 days. 6 days later, his crew came and sealed up the house in the following places with galvanized steel: 1) Where the siding meets the cement foundation all along the sides of the house 2) The chimney stack 3) The roof 4) The corner of the roof 5) The garage doors and posts They sealed the front cement staircase with mortar. They did not waste time and were very thorough. The next day, the silence continued. It was like a dream come true that really was true! The noise was gone, in only 10 days! Absolutely incredible! All other exterminators with whom I have spoken lay bait and wait 2 weeks or more before returning. Matt dropped bait once and that is all it took. He is truly master of mice extermination!
