Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for Mice Mob Exterminators. They ran a diagnoses of the house to make sure where the mice have been coming in from. They put in some traps.

Description of Work: Called Mice Mob to have them possibly come and fix a rodent problem. On the Angie's website it said he does the entire Chicagoland area. I went to the Mice Mob site and chatted with a representative who also told me the company serviced my area. When I called this morning to get an appointment scheduled, the company's owner told me he didn't service my area. I told him about the information I found on the Angie's site and he said " I don't care they said, I don't go there." The person I spoke to was very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Removed dead raccoon that had crawled under bay window and had to be removed from inside the basement. A big job--left basement in perfect condition.Installed metal flashing around entire foundation to prevent mice from entering. No mouse problems since then!

Description of Work: The Mice Mob came out to treat my house for mice and mouse-proof it for the future. I was very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. They identified the likely mouse entry point, but also thoroughly sealed up all potential entry points.

Description of Work: The placed a kind of poison in selected areas, with the result -- at least in the first several days -- being a disappearance of the mice. They also provided quotes for sealing the house and disinfecting locations of existing mouse trails, which would have involved a considerably greater cost, but we decided to wait to see whether additional measures would be needed.

Description of Work: Asked them to come out and do a rodent inspection which they did. The person was nice and professional and told me verbally of next steps. Said he would email me the full information. Never got it. Didn't get an email, phone call or anything. Probably would have used them too.
