Very well. Timely response to my initial inquiry. Professional, friendly and thorough staff who came into our home (in unmarked vehicles) on two occasions to manage the two-step process to address the problem. We have not seen any evidence of mice since.

Okay. The company responded promptly and scheduled the first visit on the next business day. The representative came and did a survey of the exterior of my home, identifying all the possible entry points. He placed dozens of bait packets and many bait stations in the crawlspace, garage, attic and living areas. He then gave a quote for additional services to close up the entry points, and scheduled crew for two weeks later. Dead mouse odors for several days after the application. The crew came and sealed all the areas, including in the foundation, two window frames, the garage door seal, and the crawlspace entrance. Then applied a sanitizer in the crawlspace and attic. Guaranteed for 1 year; longer for an additional fee. Here's my gripe: The applicator should have left a statement of what pesticide he applied, how much and where, just as a matter of routine practice (a copy of the label and/or a Material Safety Sheet would be nice, too). I had to ask the applicator point blank what rodent bait he was using and he called it a "coagulant." On the second visit, I asked the applicator the same thing, and he showed me the sanitizer product canister and the label. I don't know whether IDPH requires this disclosure for Pest Control Operators, but I think it's a good business practice to tell the resident with some detail about what has been applied in their home! The price seemed a little high for the work done, but it has been effective thus far.

Very thorough and professional. Inspected the house (I showed them a problem area & they treated it immediately). Found possible outside problem entries for mice to come in. I paid for the complete treatment to cover open areas around the house. I haven't seen any mice since they left and feel comfortable that they sealed off entries where mice could get in for many years to come.

No more mice, and a guarantee that they won't come back for at least a year. Plugged up all the holes that the mice were using to get in.

Completed inspection around house perimeter to identify possible means of entry for the mice and set bait throughout the basement. Provided estimate to fix all the issues identified outside, such as some caulking/mortar/metal shim plates....thought pricing was high for "handyman" type of fixes that would take about 1-2 hours of labor in my opinion. Then again, my experience with some of these Angie's list deals are that they provide vendors with the chance to up-sell, so can't blame them for trying to get more work out of the deal. For the deal and work provided, things were just fine. For baiting the mice, the job was fine. Will hire elsehwere

great! they found a bunch of spots they could fix to keep the mice out of the house. they did those things for an additional fee, and we've been mouse free!

Mice Mob came out the same day. He looked through the whole house, outside of the house, and the garage. I got an assessment of possible outside entry points and how much everything would cost. Upon paying 50% down and signing the contract, the man laid down bait in locked bait stations in the kitchen, garage, and attic. Four days later two men came to seal up the house, check the bait stations, and sanitize the house using a defogger. They also sealed up the sides of the garage door, put in new panels on sides of garage door, and put on a new seal. The initial visit was about an hour. The day the two guys did the manual work it was about 3.5 hours. These guys know what they are doing and are very professional. No signage at all on their vehicles, which was nice!

Matt and his team were very professional and pricing was also reasonable. They did a great job. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

It is too soon to tell, because they just left. But I felt very confident that we will soon be rid of our mice problem and when we have them come back to seal the entry points, we will be critter free.

I spent a few years trying to eliminate mice in my basement, only to have 3 or 4 show up every year. I decided to try Mice Mob, because they specialize in eliminating the entry points. The team came out last fall and sealed the entire bottom portion of the house (under the cedar shingles and the lowest windows). They also 'fumigated' in the basement and attic and set out bait. It's been nearly a year with no mice until this week. I had them come out for an annual inspection because I had a squirrel in the house (which likely ran in an open door). They found 2 new possible entry points and sealed those. A few days later I heard noise and they came back to make sure everything was sealed and rechecked all of the bait. Now we'll just have to wait for it to take the bait and hopefully that will be the end of it and I'll have another mouse-free year. Everyone at Mice Mob is very patient with my literally paralyzing fear of mice and they do a really great professional job. I highly recommend them - no other 'process' has even come close to eliminating mice to the degree they have. A big thank you to the entire company!

They were great! Very professional and explained all that needed to be done. Really examined and made sure our entire house was covered. While I was very nervous about potentially seeing another mouse, I never have! I would for sure use them again. Pricey but needed the assurance we would never have a problem again

I contacted Mice Mob due to pretty good reviews. When I called them I was told they would take care of the mice problem and not have to come out again. The first appointment had to be cancelled since they person didn't show up. The owner Matt was not aware of his guy being MIA until I contacted him. To his credit Matt did apologize and worked to make things right. A week or so later 3 guys came out to do the job. However since it was late in the afternoon sunlight was at a premium. The said the outside part was done but had to come back to replace the insulation (we paid for that service). They did come back and replace the insulation as promised. Fast forward to late August 2015. I suddenly begin to see what appears to be mouse droppings on the basement floor. I contact Mice Mob and talk to Matt again. We agreed to talk again in a few days since it was Labor Day weekend. Matt did eventually have some come out later in September but took a decent amount of follow-up on my part to get that done. Someone came out and put new poison down and though the issue was the mesh used by a window wasn't done properly, so it he added more mesh and more foam. However I had to follow-up to get the disinfecting done. When that day came out Justin was pretty helpful. However he told me the problem wasn't the window-it was in a corner of the house. He found a dead mouse outside by that corner. This is the same corner in the inside where a mouse had been found when the previous guy left more poison. Justin however was not to bring a vacuum so the droppings weren't cleaned up until early October. Finally 2 guys came in early October to not only clean up the dropping but replace insulation that had been contaminated with droppings. When this happening one of the guys said there was a nook in the crawl space that had some many droppings it appeared it was never cleaned originally. However it seemed all was finally well when these guys left. December 6, 2015 I was downstairs and saw you guessed it- a dead mouse. I walked to the corner where the mice supposedly had been coming in and found droppings. So despite the time and money spent we still have problem with mice. Frustrated is probably a nice way to put this. I should have known better than to believe all it would have taken was one trip to fix the problem-since that apparently is not accurate. At this point I am stuck calling someone else or doing it myself. Not stellar service.

I bought the Big Deal for Standard Mice Treatment, but unfortunately Matt determined that it was a rat that was invading my house. Matt also was able to determine that the rat was likely entering from the sewer (gross!). Mice Mob does not exterminate rats, which I think should be made more explicit on the Angie's list Big Deal (perhaps in the fine print section). That being said, Matt offered some recommendations for blocking the rat's entrance and trapping it. He also provided the name of a plumber that can find and plug the hole in the sewer pipe. At $145, it was expensive advice, but overall I found Matt to be very professional and helpful. I would use his company if I ever have a mouse infestation.

I think they need to be more thorough in finding the holes then they wouldn't have to come out multiple times. They stood by there guarantee which I appreciated. That's the main thing. They showed up on time. I would tell others that it's a great guarantee but you have to pay for it though.

Matt ( co- owner) is a very upfront and respectable person. Matt pointed out three areas in which mice could gain access to the inside of the house. These entrance points will be fixed by me. Bait traps were placed both inside and in the garage area of the house. Would definately use Mice Mob again.

I wish I would've known about Mice Mob a couple of years ago. The idea of securing the siding with metal sheets and foam is a no brainer to keep mice out. They responded to my message the same day and were out working on fixing our house within a week. Kevin the salesperson was helpful and Justin and Travis the guys that came out to secure our house were conscientious and great to work with. They were very careful to check all areas of the siding and secure it along with any gaps in our house that could be entryways. The metal sheeting is thin and small and gets placed underneath the siding and then is followed up with the foam so no holes are left. None of this is seen on the outside of the siding. Once Justin and Travis were done they walked us through all that they had noticed and fixed. The last thing that was done was the disinfecting that was done between the basement ceiling and first floor. Besides the disinfecting I liked the idea of eliminating any scent trails from any previous mice. There's a one year guarantee but I don't think I'll be needing it. I have such a sense of relief. And one more thing. I think Mice Mob's logo and name are cute but I didn't want it hanging out on my driveway so all my neighbors could see my embarrassing problem. Not to worry - their trucks are very discreet without any logos or names. :)

Matt did a great job explaining what he was going to do and helping me find where the mice were getting in after his inspection. He explained how to fix the entry path since I wanted to do that work myself. I appreciated the time he took with me and his professionalism.
