Excellent job. Eugene was great to work with, communication was great. They were on time, did a great job and cleaned up everything upon completion.

Eugene is exceptional. He does exactly what he says he is going to do exactly when he says he's going to do it. He documents everything with pictures which he shows you and explains in detail. His clean up after a job is impeccable. He is professional yet friendly. His prices are fair. He does not try to upsell you. He only recommends what you need. I wish I could clone him and hire him as a plumber, electrician, painter etc. I could not be more pleased.

Eugene and his crew did a wonderful job. Eugene walked us through step by step what would need to be done. He also answered all of my phone calls. Eugene offered a wide variety of shingles in lots of different colors. The day of the install the crew arrived at 7:00-7:30 and began prepping the house by laying covers over our bushes, laying plywood boards in front of the windows and moving or covering other outside items. I felt like they really cared to protect my home. They worked until 6-7 pm and completed the entire job in one day! The crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards and I thought the outside looked better after they left than before. Eugene didn’t require any money down and handled the permit process for us. The shingles have a 30 year warranty but Estate Exteriors Includes a no leak workmanship warranty for 10 years. They were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I worked with Estate Exteriors after a hail storm that we thought might have damaged our roof. We selected Estate Exteriors because of its excellent reviews, the company acting as both a public adjuster and a contractor, the company being local, and the warranty offered. From beginning to end, Eugene took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process – the initial assessment of any damage, Estate Exteriors filing a claim (as warranted) and dealing with the insurance company and its own assessment of damage, the likelihood of a successful claim, and scheduling of work. He even took the time to explain a typical insurance company breakdown of the work needed and associated costs versus his own, which was a welcome level of detail. It was very helpful to understand the process and to know what to expect. We ended up needing a new roof and gutters, and although we had the option to go with another contractor for the work, we gladly worked with Estate Exteriors. Eugene scheduled the work promptly, provided an accurate timeline for completion of the different stages of work, and even worked with us to re-route a few downspouts, including a last minute adjustment that he did himself when he stopped by to check in after work was completed. In short, I was thoroughly impressed by Eugene’s communication, attentiveness, follow through, and the quality of work performed by Estate Exteriors. The work was completed quickly, the crew did an excellent job cleaning up, and the new roof, gutters, and downspouts look great.

Eugene is very professional and responsive. He took pictures of the entire roof to show us the condition of it and the repairs that were necessary. He explained in detail what needed to be done. When we scheduled a date for the repairs he was on time, did an excellent job of clean up and explained what was done. I highly recommend Estate Exteriors.

Eugene from Estate Exteriors and his crew are professional, punctual and highly skilled. They did roof and siding on our house after the hail storm. Eugene dealt with our insurance company, helped me to file the claim and took care of the whole process. All we had to do is to pick the color of shingles and siding, it was that easy! The roof was done in one day, siding in two days. They kept me informed about all the steps and changes. Left the property clean and my house look like new. Estate Exteriors is the best course to replace our damaged roof . Eugene was very helpful, gave us good information and option, always very timely and communicated well with us on the next steps. Eugene and team were very professional. Eugene acted as my Public Adjuster and was able to get the insurance team to cover about 90% of the total replacement costs. I'm not a roofing expert but the few problem areas I do know we had prior, are no longer visible. Roof looks great, service was fantastic.

We cannot say enough good words about Eugene. We had 2 roofing companies that came to our house to find out why we had a leak in our basement, but they both left without giving us any solution. Eugene spent plenty of time looking for the issue and educating us about some additional issues he found that could cause a later problem. He fixed all the issues and the water stopped leaking in the basement. I highly recommend him!

Eugene was extremely professional and answered any questions that I had. He responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and I always felt like he was tending to all my needs! The company came and finished everything in 1 day!!! They used a crane to get all their supplies up and quickly got to work! It was amazing how proficiently they worked. They only rested while waiting for the inspector to approve the work they were doing, and when the inspector came by and approved everything, they immediately continued on!
