Dave was professional every step of the way from a prompt response to my invite to the detailed explanations of what work was ultimately completed. Carpet cleaning estimate over the phone was based on square footage, matched up with end costs, and was very reasonably priced. Work was scheduled very quickly which was a huge bonus considering it was right before the holidays. I d definitely hire DWH (Dave and his brother) for future work.

While I know David was fairly quick and thorough, I am not sure if the fact that it was steam cleaning made the difference in the overall feeling it was clean. In the past I had another person who cleaned most of my carpets and there was more of a clean smell and he did add a deodorizer after he cleaned the carpets. So maybe that is the reason I didn't feel the carpets got as clean as possible. I know some were pretty dirty and maybe I expected too much. But as I said before, this was first time I had steam cleaning done.

DWH is a patient and meticulous team. They aim to please so they take time to ensure all your expectations, concerns and needs are met. Case in point, I had a big bed that the team had not moved to clean the carpet. However, they sensed I might want it moved and the carpet under cleaned. So Dave came back and asked me twice, including after they finished all other work. I finally said yes, and they happily moved the big bed, cleaned under it and did it with a smile.

Dave was on time, quick to respond, both initially and to follow up that I requested for a stain that hadn t been removed from 23-year-old carpet. I liked everything about my experience with this company and it s representatives. The only reason I rated it below five in quality of service is product preference. The products used had a strong chemical smell until the carpets dried, which took a full two days. For the age of my carpet and my budget, this was the top choice but for those looking for a more natural or chemical free process or to be able to walk on their carpets right away, the products would not be the right fit. Customer service is absolutely tops, hands down, and I would hire them again for sure!

The cleaners removed couple of the furniture to clean them underneath. We were very pleased with their work.

I thought It would help my sinus condition problems, but it didn't really help. It is not their fault, I just still have the problem.

They arrived on time. They even removed vent covers to clean all the way to the edge of the vents. Price was $50 lower than another quote I received. The were very thorough, applying a heavy duty spotter to dirtier areas. Two guys came making the process quicker. They also do window cleaning. I am going to have them come back for that.

Arrived on time and completed his work in a timely manner. Did a very good job with my older carpets. Was able to completely remove or significantly lighten longstanding stubborn stains. Was careful when moving furniture and other items. Would use again.
