Dave came out himself and was very prompt and courteous. Pretreated the carpet and then used truck mount steam cleaner (I just will not accept portable ones that so many companies use these days). He showed me the extracted dirt after he was finished. He was fast, no nonsense, and no BS upsell tactics. He did an excellent job and was kind to my little, Maltese, TwinkleBelles. Thank you, Dave!

Dave was able to come out on short notice. He worked on the trouble spots on the carpet, and finished in just over an hour in my rental townhouse. Happy with the work!

Dave was excellent. Took care of some really tough stains in an emergency situation. He also cleaned-up messes left under the dining room table by our dog and the smell finally is gone. We will hire Dave again and no longer will use Stanley Steamer.

This guy was amazing he got tar off my carpeting that my handyman stepped in and went up and down the stairs! The carpet looks brand new! He also got some stains out of my 27 years old carpet and cleaned some area rugs for me. Would definitely use this guy again.
