Design One Builders

We chose Design One to remodel our small galley kitchen after meeting with them and seeing their reviews. Initially, they presented as organized and professional. I wish we had asked more questions upfront. The quality of work was poor, especially drywall and basic carpentry skills. The average time spent was 10 hours/week. When they started work, all needed materials were in, yet it took over 7 weeks to complete. Requests for a schedule were evaded. There is no crew it is Rich, and occasionally Linda to assist. Very poor time management at the customer expense. Their lack of transparency regarding certain paperwork was troubling. What should have been a rewarding project became a large disappointment.

Very maticulous, detail oriented . They started work on time and are on track to finish the job in time.

They do as they say, clean-up well after and they communicate well about the job. Professional work.

Rich was able to come up with creative design ideas that my husband and i hadn't thought of. They followed the timeline. I felt comfortable in the house with them. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves.
