EXCELLENT. WORKERS CAME ON TIME WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT.

Called on Saturday, by Thursday morning it was done and looks great. They met my tight project deadlines nicely.

After many, many, unreturned phone calls, my completion date kept being pushed back and was finally completed 3 weeks later than promised. Usually, while talking to the boss Paul Ebel, he would start talking to someone else in the middle of our conversation--very rude. I left a message and he check with me prior to starting the work that 2 colors of bricks were to be used and the shape. When the job was finished (I work during the day--hard to monitor the job) there was one color of brick and not the shape I had asked for. He said he forgot to order the other color. He also tried to charge me an extra $300 for removing the old concrete. He claims his employee that gave me the estimate, didn't tell him there was concrete to be removed. Oh well!!! Not my fault. He never came to even view the site prior to the job. On the day he wanted his check, he was smoking a cigarette and I told him of my dissatisfaction. He spit on the patio and said "Sorry for the inconvenience."

Paul gave a quote that was substantially higher than another company I had called. He called me repeatedly to find out if I wanted to use his services and when I told him another company had quoted substantially less for the same job, he was very rude and hung up on me.

VERY RUDE. TREATS HIS EMPLOYEES LIKE DIRT. CALLED MY MOTHER IN LAW GRANNY AND GRANDMA NUMEROUS TIMES. ONCE HE HAS YOUR MONEY, HE''S TOO BUSY TO CALL OR TALK TO. I CALLED TO RELATE SOME AREAS OF SOD WERE NOT GROWING WELL. HE DID NOT BELIEVE ME AND ACCUSED ME OF NOT WATERING ENOUGH. I HAD MUSHROOMS GROWING IN THE SOD FROM ALL THE WATER I PUT DOWN AND A LARGE WATER BILL TO BACK IT UP. THE GUY JUST FLAT OUT SUCKS.
