 + 7 moreIt went very well for large items such as windows, flooring, paint, guthers and screen doors. The finishing details could be better. Like puting back on curtains rods. This was my first rehab, I took small things for granted, and they were not discussed. Now I know for next time. I appreciate the patient they showed me during this first experience.

 + -1 moreOUTSTANDING WORK!! Did a great job with the exterior painting of the house (including the shed) and also other things that were thrown in! My wife was ecstatic with them running the downspouts under the existing cement walkway. Didn't think that was possible but they did it! Great job and will recommend them and use them again!

 + 1 moreBest Fit Homes has completed a few different remodeling projects for my company and clients. The projects vary from kitchens and bathrooms to full house rehabs. They have very good attention to detail and the finished product looks great. Boyan is an excellent GC/Project manager. He is experienced, knowledgeable, always on time, and always on budget ( No change orders ). Best fit Homes is a very dependable company and I would gladly work with them in the future.

I needed to convert a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house to a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, including new bathrooms, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, paint.
