Description of Work: GRASS ONE HAS DONE THE LAWN CARE FOR MY TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION FOR 3 YEARS. AFTER 2 12 YEARS OF VERY CONSISTENT SERVICE, THEY HAVE JUST STOPPED SHOWING UP FOR THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICE. CALLS HAVE GONE UNANSWERED
