Researched ways to move an antique 3 seat porch glider from VA to NH and after talking with a number of moving companies decided on MiniMoves. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The glider would be difficult to transport assembled because its heavy metal construction rocks when moved or carried any distance. Therefore, prior to MiniMoves arrival I dissembled it into its 3 component pieces, the glider seat, the glider base, and the seat support straps. The movers did an exceptional job of wrapping and protecting the individual components in heavy movers blankets and then securing them together and wrapping them as one unit for transport. Pickup and delivery was accomplished on dates specified in the contract by extremely competent and professional individuals. I was very pleased with the process and the results. I definitely recommend MiniMoves!!!!

I had the best experience with MiniMoves! One of the elevators in my building wasn't working so even though we had a reservation for the elevator, my building wasn't able to honor that. There was also some confusion about whether they were supposed to pack the kitchen. Needless to say, they handled everything with great attitudes and professionalism. I would recommend MiniMoves to anyone who is looking to hire movers. Johnny, Marcos, David, Jason, and Juan were incredible and I am so incredibly thankful I found this moving company!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Scam, awful moving company, they start with a friendly customer rep to reel you in. The movers they sent were rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. In the end, I had some jewelry that was packed without my consent, stolen, then Minimoves shrugged and said that jewelry wasn't covered. The customer service rep stopped responding to my emails, and I had to file police reports only to be told they wouldn't be covered. Minimoves is the moving company from hell, do NOT use them.

MiniMoves was responsive, efficient, and reasonably priced. Our shipment arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Pickup and delivery crews were personable and professional. Highly recommended!
