From beginning to end I was highly satisfied with the whole process.

The team was punctual, treating furniture as if it were there own. Items were padded and rapped. Items were unpacked at destiny and placed as requested. Polite and sooo professional. In fact I was so pleased with the company’s actions I used them weeks later to transport art items and a few small cartons interstate. Again, fantastic service. A great company to work with no matter what has to be moved.

The team at Mini Moves did an outstanding job with scheduling, packing, shipping, and delivery of my furniture. They were very professional, and kept my house clean. I will definitely use their services again in the future!

MiniMoves showed up on time and moved my stuff out quickly and efficiently. I had not estimated the number of things I had very well, but they were able to modify my request and charged me what I thought was an appropriate amount for the overage. In Seattle, I did not have a place and they kept my stuff for several days while I finalized my apartment details. They were great and did not charge me any extra. Their local movers were also very responsive and gave me the same level of service as the ones in Chicago. All in all it was great and I had no real issues.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. They were excellent at communication of more than enough information, clarity and punctuality. They wrapped and unwrapped everything very carefully. The price was very competitive. They did everything they said they would exactly when they said they would. Would definitely use again. We have moved many times and this is the best mover we have ever used.

Excellent, from first contact with MiniMoves to delivery and furniture placement in my flat. Worked throughout move with Steve, salesperson at MiniMoves. Steve answered all my questions, promptly returned my phone calls, and quickly provided all contract paperwork via email. MiniMoves contracts with various moving companies depending on starting point and destination. The Kansas City company handling the pick-up and long-distance move was Kings Moving and Storage. Per my brother in KC, they were on-time, efficient, and thoroughly wrapped and carefully moved the furniture. Kings delivered the furniture to AMS Bekins (in Burlingame south of San Francisco) who then delivered to my flat. The AMS delivery men were on time, as promised, delivered the furniture into my flat still fully wrapped, and very carefully placed it exactly where I desired. Overall, I searched for months trying to find a company to safely handle my small move, and kept reading horror stories about lost and damaged items and sneaky added charges; none of this happened with MiniMoves. I paid dearly to get my family heirlooms (although price was on par or less than competitors), but it was worth it!

Absolutely pitch perfect on every level. I had a complicated move with two different shipments going to different states. The staff was extremely helpful, clear communications, packers were a pleasure to have in my home and careful with my belongings. Everything arrived, nothing was lost, nothing was damaged. The original estimates for both moves were nearly exactly the same as the final bill.

Flawless planning by phone and online with perfect execution of delivery by local affiliate

After struggling to find a company willing to do a small move, I am so glad we received a recommendation for MiniMoves. I found the staff to be easy to work with, very professional, and quick to help. I set up the inventory online and then spoke with a representative, who helped make some specific tweaks. He was very responsive - although I occasionally got his voicemail, he promptly returned my calls. After we had a change in inventory, the cost actually went down. It was so easy to adjust the inventory as well - I just called the same person I worked with to get the initial quote, and this took maybe 5 minutes. The entire process was seamless, and even though our things were picked up the last day of our window, they were delivered much earlier than I anticipated. They did use another carrier for delivery (this was likely in the language of the contract, but I hadn't noticed it), but the delivery team was prompt, communicative, and also extremely professional, and had the entire delivery unpacked in about 20 minutes. Not a single item was damaged. I would recommend to anyone looking for this kind of service.

Beautifully! They picked it up on day 4 after the official "open window" date and delivered it 4 days later (which included a 2-day weekend). The piece was packaged as agreed to, carefully loaded (according to the people in N.J.) and unloaded, all packaging carefully removed and the piece placed as we directed. Paul H. in the Chicago area, Christina on loading and Nancy on delivery (both with Regal Designer Delivery out of Texas ) were fantastic.....always available to answer questions, give insights, keep us informed and honest/upfront about all phases of the process. Tom and Ricky (drivers/delivery) were very kind, careful with our piece, and excellent communicators when we talked on the phone. The same demeanor was experienced by our friends in N.J. who dealt with them on the pick-up/load. Just can't say enough about this entire hard working, goal oriented, customer service centered business. This team will go the extra mile and then some to do the job 100%+ the first time. Should I ever need this service again, I will not hesitate to give them a call; this time knowing I won't have to be concerned at all. My sincere thanks to each and every one of you guys....you deserve a big gold star for the day.

Everything was smooth, no damage. Had to be a bit flexible on pickup and delivery dates but communication was good.
