Description of Work: They moved my 1-BR apartment contents from boston to denver. |1. They came a day early even though I had paid extra for a guaranteed pick-up date. |2. They delivered 1 fewer box than they recorded picking up. |3. A desk was taken apart and the screws to attach the legs to the top were not delivered (the desk was taken initially intact and taken apart at some point after it had left my apartment). | |Their customer support was good when I expressed being upset, and they gave me a break on some added charges. However, those charges (for excess items) likely would not have been needed if they had come to pick up on the correct day. Since I was unprepared for them, I ended up having them take several items that I had hoped to either throw out or give away. | |Unfortunately, though they offer very competitive pricing, they were just unreliable at every step of an already stressful cross-country move.

Description of Work: Courteous staff. They were careful about the items being moved and had smart calls of where things should be while I had to leave for a moment. The office sent an extra person to expedite the move so they can go to the next job on time. No extra cost for the third person.

Description of Work: We needed some furniture shipped across the country from our home to our son and daughter in laws new home. Mini movers was very responsive to questions and concerns, very prompt in pick up and delivery (furniture arrived a day ahead of schedule!).They wrapped each individual piece in plastic wrap and appeared to take good care. Furniture was taken back to warehouse and crated together so there was no chance of losing any pieces. One piece arrived with a slightly damaged leg (possibly from a previous repair), but they are covering repair costs. Their quote for the job was mid range.
