Extremely professional guys. They were on time, VERY quickly moved large, bulky items, threw away two large items we were no longer interested in. They even had a large box for "easy move" items, like smaller items we hadn't packed properly, and were able to move full bookcases and dvd racks, by wrapping them before they moved them. We were extremely impressed with how much they could do in such a small amount of time (entire move within the same city in less than an hour). I highly recommend these gentlemen! A++

They are honest and fair they are unbelievable, Anthony was just awesome with us from start to finish him and his team went above and beyond to help us with our move.

The initial phone calls were handled politely and helped my mother figure out how to proceed , and when the movers came, that all went well with them being on time and loading things, and they had things on the Tucson end coordinated with a company they work with out there, and they also were on time and very helpful unloading and taking things into the house and putting them where she wanted.

.They only do one bedroom and studio apartments. They just do little moves. They were the most reasonable price I could find and it turned out to be less than what it would have cost her if she had done it herself. Everything arrived in the same condition it was when they left with it even though they said they couldn't guarantee that it would. I do plan to use them again.

They got there on time, moved everything quickly and w/o breaking anything. They even spent extra time to wiggle my sofa through a tight set of doors - taking doors off hinges and carrying it up the stairs twice. I believe they are very different for moves w/in Chicago and cross-country moves. I have used them locally 2 times, as have several friends. We have all be very happy with their work and their prices have been great.

Terrible! Avoid this company at all costs. They managed to damage (or in one case, destroy completely) two out of a total of about five furniture pieces that I had them transport. Since Minimoves works with subcontractors, our possessions sat in a warehouse in Chicago for at least a week on the pick-up end of the move, and longer at the delivery end. Because the items are handled by several different outfits along the way: packing and pick-up, transportation, delivery; no one seems to feel responsible either for making sure the delivery schedule is adhered to OR for handling the items with care. So, when my items arrived damaged (in one case beyond repair), the delivery guys point out that they received the items in that condition, i.e., not their fault, which is probably true. What a disaster. Avoid this company.

THE MOVERS WERE POLITE BUT NOT CAREFUL. THE TOP OF A MARBLE AND WOOD TABLE BECAME DETACHED AND SMASHED. WE HAD PURCHASED INSURANCE. DESPITE THAT FACT AND THAT THEIR MOVERS WRECKED THE TABLE, THEY WOULD NOT PAY THE REPAIR BILL. I CALLED AND ASKED WHAT I HAD TO DO TO SUBMIT A CLAIM. THE PERSON AT MINIMOVES SAID TO HAVE THE TABLE REPAIRED, SEND THEM THE BILL AND FILL OUT AND RETURN THE PAPERWORK THEY WOULD SEND ME. LATER, MINIMOVES REJECTED THE CLAIM BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO INSPECT THE DAMAGE. I WOULD SURELY HAVE WAITED IF THEY TOLD ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF TELLING ME TO HAVE THE TABLE REPAIRED. TO ME, THIS SHOWS A LACK OF INTEGRITY. OVERALL, I AM OBVIOUSLY VERY DISSATISFIED. I HAVE A TABLE THAT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE COMPLETELY REPAIRED AND I WAS STUCK WITH THE BILL!
