We went through Costco. Costco had a promotion that it was a bit cheaper if we went ahead that point and one of the purposes is to install garage doors and this is the vendor that they used. We chose Door Pro America because Costco recommended them. We talked to them at the Costco store, made arrangements for them to come out, and give us an estimate. I then went ahead and ordered it. The quality of their work was good. One guy came out and he put it together. There was a mistake. They had put one of the wrong door panels on that garage door, so they had somebody come out to bring the new one. However, they did that while he was here without delaying things. He was very efficient and very effective. He did what he needed to do and didn’t leave a mess or create any problems. Their response was pretty good except one thing. They tended to do everything by email, and they had originally told me that they would be here at 12 o’clock. Their brief was to be here between 12 and 5, but they didn’t tell me that. I was a little concerned and called Costco. Eventually I got through to somebody who told me that it was the range of time. He showed up at about 1 o’ clock, which was fine. He didn’t inform me about the difference in credit for a garage door with and without a window.

They were excellent. I had tried to get some doors before, and the contractor who came out had said that he couldn’t do it because of the structure of the garage. I had given up on it. I can’t remember how I found them, but I called Door Pro America, and they came out and said that they do this kind of work. It’s not a garage door opener that most people have and yet they were able to provide the services that I needed. They were very responsive and I’m very happy with them.

On my first call to Door Pro, they answered all of my questions and provided me with a quote for the 2 new door openers. At the end of the initial call, we scheduled the installation date/time. On the installation date, I was expecting them to arrive in the AM. They actually arrived at noon (hence the "B" for punctuality). When the installers were unloading the items from the truck, I watched them literally throw the door openers down to the floor of the garage (hence the "B" for professionalism). I would have preferred for them to be a bit more gentle with the items, but in the end, there was no damage to the door openers or the garage floor. The installation went very smooth and quick. The install team was efficient. They finished the installation in less than an hour and then spent a few minutes showing me how to operate the new door openers. They even cleaned up all of the trash before they left.

Excellent. They were on time, very professional, worked hard and cleaned up after. It was very pleasant to deal with Door Pro America. The doors and openers operate as promised. We are very pleased.

Same day service... I called at 8:30 am and they were here by 10am. Replaced 2 garage door openers and keypads, programmed my remotes. Only complaint I have is that AFTER the 2 units were replaced, the technician told me that the original openers could have been repaired. When I asked why he didn't tell me that before he did the work, he said that I told him I wanted them replaced, so that's what he did. Overall, though, I'm happy with the work, as I think the new units are an improvement.

THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE, PUNCTUAL, NEAT, VERY COURTEOUS, and MADE NO MESSES. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I BELIEVE THE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE TOO.
