gutter repair, handyman service
 + 0 moreMike and his assistant were timely and considerate. They cleaned up after their work and asked if I was satisfied with what was done. They worked around my schedule, but I didn't have to wait too long to get the jobs done. T To save on costs, Mike recommended I purchase the windows myself and he installed them. Framing was difficult due to age of my home (from the 1930s). So one of the windows were put in at a slight, visible angle, but it is well sealed and works perfectly (my entire house has settled crooked so this could not be helped). Mike and his assistant did extra work to make sure my gutters were working properly (beyond what I had requested initially) without additional cost. I had extra slate shingles under my home. These are extremely fragile and break with the slightest mishandling. Mike was able to use them and kept them intact as he installed the missing or broken ones around my home. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the materials needed for my older home and to keep the style intact. I highly recommend him !
Description of Work: Replaced 2 kitchen windows, repaired slate shingles in the side of my home (very fragile), repaired/replaced dented downspouts of my gutters.

 + -1 moreit went fine. He found additional problems that were not visible at first, provided me with pictures immediately and offered solutions and pricing for the additional work. He completed the work on time and for a reasonable amount, including the extra work.
