Chris sent his foreman over to provide a bid as Chris was out of town. Foreman took measurements and a plan to boss. Chris came back with a price of $3,150. A week into the process, his guys were a little slow and not the cleanest, but pleasant and courteous. Chris then came back and asked for additional money on items he said were not relayed to him from his foreman. Two weeks into project, Chris convinced us his tilers were great versus another company and we decided to use him. The floor came out okay, but 9 tiles (18 x 18) need to be pulled up and reset and 6 were due to the tilers forgettng to lie a sensor for floor heat. Shower tile was a disaster. Completely gutted again and different company redid it. At this point, Chris offered to come in and correct work. Didn't realize he used subs as we asked him prior to start of project. Had to run to hardware store during course twice for supplies. Drywall in bathroom and wall (bows) were marginal. Chris is nice until things go south.
Description of Work: Call Chris Construction put up new drywall, framed in a shower, laid a subfloor, laid tile on the floor and attempted the shower tiling and expanded a wall. Primed the area. Did some additional drywalling around the house for holes that needed patching.
