+ -1 moreIt took 24-36 hours to get a call back, but once we made contact I found them to be very personable, highly responsive and the work was done to our satisfaction, within the estimate, and was completed sooner than estimated. They picked up and dropped off the tabletop without extra charge whereas others I contacted either wanted us to bring the tabletop to them or charge us for it. Their price estimate was the second lowest, but given the delivery aspect probably ultimately may have been the best.
Description of Work: Replaced a tempered glass patio tabletop that was shattered during a storm.

+ -1 moreA young man came within the range of time that was scheduled. He had a difficult time with the removal, he seemed a little inexperienced, but I cannot fault him for effort. We scheduled another time for them to complete the job, one of the owners came and not only helped with the remainder of the installation but redid the first panel. I was very impressed with their commitment and with the care and quality of work. I not only got an excellent installation but got to observe a great job of teaching. I would now be comfortable with the young man completing a similar job by himself.
Description of Work: Remove and install three glass panels on a French door.
