+ -1 moreI would never use this company again. I would not trust them with any repairs. It is sad to say that you really need to watch repairmen very closely. I did call and complain and they never called me back.
Description of Work: The burner on my Carrier heating unit would shut off and the fan would continuously run. I had a representative from All Crafts Inc. come out and check out my heating unit. I did mention to him that I had negative air fan blowing out air in my basement in order to remove fumes from some tile and mastic that I had removed. The representative told me I needed a new circuit board which would cost several hundred dollars and he suggested I replace the unit. I looked over my heating unit information and determined the negative air fan in my basement was causing a down draft and the vent safety shut-off switch to cause the heating unit to turn off the gas. I pushed the button and it works just fine. It cost me $69.95 to have someone try and sell me a new heating unit.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME AND EASY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH. THEY FIXED A PROBLEM THAT THEY SPOTTED FROM LAST YEAR THAT THEY HAD NOT FIXED PROPERLY FOR THE PREVIOUS HOMEOWNER WITHOUT CHARGE TO US.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED AND CHECKED HEATING UNITS, REPLACED IGNITORS, FIXED GAS PIPE.

+ -1 moreTHEY CALL ME AND REMIND ME WHEN IT'S TIME TO CHECK HEATING OR AIR SERVICE. THEY HAVE HAD ME ON THEIR CALL LIST FOR THREE YEARS AND I HOPE THEY KEEP US THERE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY AND ALL IN NEED OF THIS KIND OF SERVICE.
Description of Work: ON A REGULAR SEASONAL BASIS THEY COME AND CLEAN OUR FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT, AND REPLACE FILTERS, BUT ONLY IF NEEDED.
