+ -1 moreWas on job site in 30 minutes on a Tuesday night.... WOW!! The job was done, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased.
Description of Work: Called Tuesday night and was at our house in 30 minutes. Had wiring issue resolved and checked freon, etc in 30 minutes. Have used Sanderlin before and will use them again for furnace/AC work.

+ -1 moreOn a 95 degree day, we came home from work to a rapidly warming house. We called to see if there was any way they would have time to work in an emergency call. To our surprise and delight, we were told that he would stop at our house after he finished with the current job. Less than an hour later he was in our driveway. He wasted no time in getting to the root of the problem,which turned out to be something we could have prevented with a simple, thorough cleaning of the outside of the unit in the spring. He then added a pound of coolant, checked the temperature, and showed us how to best clean it ourselves.
Description of Work: Air conditioning unit checked out, cleaned up,, coolant refilled and unit restarted.
