Description of Work: Used Holcolm for window replacement. Met with them in April and job completed in August. The work was excellent. Had to do some clean up after they left - aluminum shavings left on the patio that my dog found.

+ 0 moreThey were on time. They laid tarps all around the house to catch debris. They completed a two layer tear by 11am and completely cleaned up. I did not find a single nail or shingle piece. They hauled off the old and reshingled with new architectural shingles. They were completely finished and cleaned up by 4:00pm.

+ 1 moreUsed Henry Plumbing, St. Louis, MO, to pick all fixtures, tile, sink and cabinet. Contractor used own workers for gutting room and fixing wiring. Also used a local plumbing company, Bondurant Plumbing, and a local company, Marcolini Inc., for tile and fixture installation. Due to the coordination of different working groups some days were lost due to unforseen delays and work overlaps. For example, the plumbing took longer to prepare than expected. This through off the tile job which could not start on time due to other obligations of the tile company. Overall, all involved were professional and did an excellent job. The shower was featured in the local paper as an example of Marcolini Inc. work. While the work took 2-3 weeks longer that expected, the result was worth the wait.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of 3/4 bathroom. New walls and ceiling, tile floor, new tile shower stall, and new fixtures.
