BECK'S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

Beck's Heating came out right away and replaced our furnace motor. Ken did an outstanding job and answered many of my questions. Before he left, he checked out that everything was working, including the AC freon level so that we would be ready for the summer. I had called around to get some quotes and they were $200 cheaper than another major company in the area. I would definitely recommend you call them to get a quote. I will be calling them the next time we have any HVAC issues.

Normally this would have required a plumber also, but Becks handled both jobs at a cost only a few dollars nmore than a plumber would have gotten for just the vent pipe support. We've always had good experiences with Dom & Jay.

I had three different service people come out and each one was professional, tidy, and quick. Each person kept me informed as to the progress of the repair and what was needed. The hot water heater issues were quickly resolved and the guys who did the work even wore booties to keep the floors clean. Even with the broken pipes under my crawl space Todd came out and had with him the parts and equipment to replace the pipes.He found three separate areas of leaks and breaks. He had to work in a small cramped space and did so cheerfully and diligently. He showed me where the damage occurred and gave me the broken pipe pieces after the work was done. He advised me how to keep the area warmer in the future to prevent the same problem from happening again. I can not imagine getting better service.

I called Beck's when our dryer would spin, but not heat. I didn't know the problem. Becks sent (Chris?) out the same day. He inspected, told me it would need a new part, fixed a smaller other problem. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. They called in a few days later (after an incorrect part had been shipped) and came out to install the new dryer sensor. The dryer works great now.

Very happy with service and price. Dominic was punctual, clean and knowledgeable of appliances. He had parts on his truck and had the dryer and refrigerator working and clean within 1 1/2 hours. He used booties and work tarp. Overall great experience.

Dominic, sent a service tech to perform the basic seasonal clean and check the furnace, I NEVER felt I needed to have a gotcha camera (like shown on TV stings) to catch dishonest service men. The tech was professional clean and explained everything he was going to do.

HAVE USED THEM FOR AROUND 8 YEARS. CONSISTENTLY GOOD WORK. THEY SAVED US FROM SPENDING MONEY ON A BAD DIAGNOSIS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY ARE FAIR, HONEST, & HAVE OUR TRUST.
