Description of Work: For a couple years, All Star Home Improvement & Renovation's team has provided outstanding contracting work for me and my family at several of our homes. Lorena Bacci, president, always pulls together a professional group of tradespeople to complete whatever task I need done at my house(s). She never balks at any projects, brings in specialists as necessary, gets me into the schedule promptly, gives me an advance idea of what it might cost, and then gets the work done in an efficient and timely manner. All Star's workers are respectful, tidy and quiet. Any workers that don't live up to Bacci's standards don't stay on her team. After I bought a neglected home (a foreclosure) last year, All Star rehabbed it to my picky standards. One bath needed an overhaul, including new tub, new tiling for floor & shower/tub area, painting, mirrors replaced, toilet, etc. Several bedrooms needed built-ins torn out or replaced. The basement needed most of the drywall replaced, patched & painted. Every room needed cabinet doors readjusted, latches tightened. Practically every door in the house needed latches fixed or replaced. All Star also orchestrated all the outside landscape and hardscape fixes, including designing/installing perimeter fencing, and redesigning & building a tiered patio area with firepit, landscape lighting & built-in audio wiring to speakers that are hooked into my home audio system. Again this year, I'm working with All Star (Lorena Bacci, president) to complete various items: some electrical fixture replacements, outdoor stonework, fence fixes, and interventions with nurseries for plants/trees that didn't survive. If I'm not happy with something All Star does, Lorena makes it right. She has a checklist, receipts, emails, and she doesn't give any annoyed pushback when I question anything. Bacci goes over all estimates and invoices clearly and adjusts as necessary. I have rarely had to question an invoice, except to clarify something I didn't recall needed doing.
