Hired them to complete the work quoted for tree service. Looked at the property address on Google maps while the saleman was on the phone with me. Paid for the service in advance, then when the service person comes to fertilize the trees, they can't, due to the fact that some of the trees are "over 25 ft tall". No mention of any exclusion was made when they were quoting the service. Didn't feel that it was a good business practice to add clarifications after the service was quoted without exclusions and paid in advance.

Mowing crews did adequate service but very fast and left uncut patches, poor trimming, messy cleanup. These were remedied but only if I brought poor attention to detail to their knowledge.

They are very customer service focused-- that fact alone gets them an A++. The technician(s) are professional and, as requested, always call before treatment.

We have used this lawn service for a few years now. They do a very good job and are extremely reasonable. Our yard looks great... We have a big yard with many issues and they have helped turn our yard around

This provider has won my approval by their service results and efficiency. Very good company to use for landscaping and lawn care. They conduct the needed service for the time and leave a note on the door letting me know what they did that day. They offer various services and I can choose only what I need or want. They also offer a pre-pay discount, which I gladly take advantage of. Very good provider.

They showed up as scheduled and seemed very knowledgeable about the process. Their service is 100% guaranteed as well! We look forward to our kids being able to play outside with getting bit by mosquitoes, flies, chiggers, etc. We have also used Turf Gator for lawn care and were very pleased!

I found Turf Gator on Angies' list and used them based on their reviews. I have been using them for about 5 months. My lawn looks great. These are conscientious and show when they say they will. My lawn looks great. I have used other companies in the past and my lawn has never looked as good as it does now. Highly recommend them!

I have had Turf Gator treating my lawn for 2 years, I started the services after I built my home and started my lawn. I had noticed that I was starting to get weeds the first spring so I did some looking around and found them by surfing the internet...it was a gamble at the time but I am very happy with what they have done. My lawn improves every year with their treatments, they are very up front when they tell you that this process takes time, it does but the results are fantastic and I don't have to worry about doint it myself. I am rarely home when the techs come but when I am they knock every time and are always enthusiastic about speaking to me about my lawn. If I am not home, they leave a note everytime with hand written comments about what they have noticed about my lawn, or suggestions on cutting height or watering. I have them do just about every treatment they do, lawn fert / Lime app / Grub app / shrub treatment / pest spray. I noticed that they were leaving some of the granuals from the treatment on my back patio, I was concerned about my pets and children so I called them and they said they would make note to make sure it didn't happen in the future. I have had 4 treatments since that one call and have never had any more granuals on my patio!! I can tell you that I am extremely happy with the service they provide.

Very poorly!

We had an less then pleasant experience with a competitor, saw an ad and tried them. I was not satisfied. I had a a few spots of fungus in our backyard and seeked treatment. The person who came out told me it was not fungus it was due to our tree in the front of our property, but they would "spray" our lawn. My lawn never improved and the fungus had spread across my lawn, I called a few times and got no response. Then they came back to fertilize and burnt my lawn. My daughter saw the worker over-spraying the fertilizer. When I called and complained they assured me my lawn would not be damaged. Well it did. Then a manager called and told me a lawn cannot be damaged by over fertilizing, and my lawn was burnt from the heat and by me not watering. I am very passionate about my lawn and maintained a plush green lawn for over 20 years by myself. So after my daughter told me they over sprayed, I watered my lawn every day I could and temperature was right to help prevent the chemical burn from them over fertilizing. For him to tell me I am not watering my lawn was an insult. I sent them a termination of services letter. They then called this year to confirm treatment. I told them no and resent the letter of termination.

He has really done a wonderful job on my yard. When I think it over, it was a mess, but now it’s so big and it’s beautiful. He has really done a wonderful job in keeping it up, and his price is fair.

They were surprisingly good. I took a chance with them. I can see a huge difference in my lawn. Ever since this company has been spraying my lawn, we have not had any problems with weeds. They have good customer service. They do not have a automatic payment capability.

We are extremely happy with the service that they provide. Their customer service is really good. They take a vested interest in it. They are going to make sure it is done to your satisfaction. If needed they do repeat applications.
