Tom was great! He does what he says, professional, knowledgeable, and does a great job. A very pleasant person to work with. He is ethical and believes in doing the job right.

Mr. Wise had to order the necessary parts as they were not immediately available. He came back within a week and worked on a weekend day to complete the job. He was punctual, professional, left our premises clean. We will use his services again for maintenance and cleaning. Very friendly gentleman who likes to chat and provide information about other reputable repair businesses in the area.

The service provided was excellent. Tom was on-time and did a very thorough job.

Shortly after the inspection we hired the same company to install a vented gas fireplace insert. Great work on that too. Now we just sit back on those cold days and click the remote to turn on the fireplace and enjoy the look and heat.

We have been using Home and Leisure Lifestyles for over 8 years now. They annually clean our woodstove and clean the chimney. I feel good knowing that I can trust them to let me know if they see a problem with our chimney or stove so it can be repaired. They leave a report card about our chimney on every visit and I keep these on record for my insurance company. When they come and clean the stove and chimney they are very meticulous and clean every little nook and cranny. The very first time we had them come out we just couldn't believe how detailed they were in cleaning. I didn't know there were so many pieces to my woodstove that would come out and need cleaned. They utilize protective throws to keep the area indoors clean when they maintain the woodstove inside. They automatically set us up with an annual appointment and contact us a couple of weeks prior to see if that date is fine or needs to be rescheduled. I highly recommend that anyone with a woodstove or fireplace use Home and Leisure Lifestyles for their chimney maintenance. I know I will never use anyone else but Home and Leisure!
