I am super thrilled with the way the fence looks. I'm not only happy with the fence, but how the whole process went. John was extremely responsive, and he must have answered 20 different e-mails with questions, design changes, etc. from me. He did a great job of explaining things, and steering me into the right product. I was very concerned about the straightness of the fence, and it is laser straight. Extremely happy with the fence.

This was a great experience from start to finish. John Fears came out to give me the estimate. We talked in-depth about certain things that set his company apart from other local fence companies. Clearly customer service is a priority. He is personable, honest and very attentive to the needs of the customer. We discussed options for how much area the fence should cover and how many gates were needed. John didn't try to upsell me on everything. Instead, he gave me an honest opinion on what would work best for my needs as a homeowner (and pet owner). I needed to submit fence plans to my homeowners association and John offered to help with those plans in any way he could. I sent several emails to him during this process and all were returned promptly and professional. They came to the house to install on the day and time they said they would be there. The entire crew was professional, friendly, hard-working and good at their trade. I also feel confident in saying that service after the sale will not be an issue. John strikes me as an honest family man with a good old-fashioned family owned business. Not the type of business owner who will just disappear after the work is done. He has already contacted me to let me know that if I need anything going forward, all I have to do is call. And my fence was only finished 4 days ago. I have had MANY comments already on how nice the fence looks. It really does catch your eye when you turn down my street. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new fence.

It went really well. We didn't feel like we had to check up on them to make sure everything was done right. John (the owner) actually was out there the whole time working with his crew. So, if you did have a question about something, he was right there. He is very particular about his work. I would definitely recommend him to others.

John Fears, the owner, responded to my request for an estimate the same day I called. He was very helpful and honest. Once we agreed upon a price, they kept me updated on material delivery and expected start dates. They gladly worked around my travel schedule. They showed up when they said they were going to and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone that is installing or repairing a fence. Great job.

This was the first time we had used their services. It went fine. He was a young man and he came out and spent a nice amount of time getting my information and how I wanted it done. He was real thorough about explaining how he would do the work and did not try to push extra services. It took a few weeks to get the product because it was a busy time for them. It took about two days to get it installed. The guys who were doing the work were real nice and work real hard. They did a nice job and were very accommodating.
