They came early, did the work perfectly and left the area spotless! Couldnt ask for better and the price was decent too. Would use them again in an instance.

Great. They arrived on time. the removal price seemed fair as it was a big tree in an awkward place. The extra tree trimming I contracted went well, though I'm not sure if that was worth the extra price I paid for what they did. Overall, I would recommend and felt they were professional. Also, the bonus for us was they offered their insurance proof when they gave us the estimate, so we were able to be worry-free during the whole process.

Great work. My go to company for any tree service. Crew started at 8:30 and done by 9:30 to remove 3 trees. Estimate was easy and team cleaned the yard before they left.

Superior removed 6 dead ash trees from a space that had less than 3' clearance on each side, without any damage to either obstruction (a garage & power lines), or to my lawn. They weren't cheap, but they weren't especially expensive either (considering the scope of the job). Would hire again.

Jeffrey, the owner of Superior Tree Service, was very responsive. He was the most prompt of the three services we contacted for estimates and was the quickest to return a proposal. On the day the work was performed, he was professional and prompt. The crew who did the tree removal seemed to work for another company as well but an arborist was present the entire time and was very thoughtful in trimming our very shady lot. I would hire Superior again.

It went very well. I watched the whole job and was very impressed by the quality and professionalism. Both the owner and the certified arborist in charge of the job were there at the beginning. The neighbors on both sides wish to hire them in the fall when they come back to service our elm tree.

It was spring 2016 and the tree is really flourishing now, 1.5 years later. I meant to review the work before and forgot. But now that it's been awhile, I couldn't be happier. It may be time to call Superior again soon...

Everything went fine. They blew the debris off the roof. I wish though they had checked afterwards because the roof debris landed on the lawn furniture and the steps leading into the house. My lawn people came the next day, so the inconvenience was very temporary. Also, they are to come back because some vines from work done landed over a side gate and needs to be removed. These are little things. Overall, everything was great .

The price was very competitive compared to other work we've had done in the past. Very responsive. Work was pushed back due to weather and I received a phone call explaining the delay. When the guys came out I was blown away that they were able to complete all the work in a half hour! They even cleaned everything up in that time. Our yard looks great! We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

Great! This is the second time that we have used Jeff of Superior Tree Service. 1) His pricing was very reasonable compared to two other estimates; 2) He is honest and reliable; 3) Great communication - email/text/phone.

Jeff and team were great. I first worked with him when we had some serious storm damage and needed to have damaged trees removed quickly. His pricing was excellent and his crew did a great job. Later I had Jeff and team remove a huge Honey Locust tree from our yard (another storm) and Superior was, again, very responsive and less expensive than other reputable tree service companies (got three bids).

Called to set up an appointment for him to come out and quote the job. He sounded annoyed from the moment he picked up. I explained I was looking for a quote and he told me it's going to cost at least $275 because he has to bring a whole crew and equipment out. I told him that no I was only looking for a quote...this seemed to irritate him more and he reiterated it was going cost $275. We went back and forth a couple times until I just gave up.

I had an excellent experience with them. They were prompt in their response and they came out quickly and took care of the job.

Working with Jeff was great. He was always available on the phone and the work was done promptly. The crew even checked in a few times to make sure that the work was being done properly.

He got us a quote within about 24 hours, and was able to come out within a few days from when I signed the contract. He gave me different options for a near-dead pine tree. His crew did a good job and I intend to call him back the next time branches need to be trimmed back.

I chose Superior because they were local, the price was competitive, and the estimate included a copy of their certificate of insurance (which seemed like a good item to include). After working with Superior, however, don't expect much more than "industry standard." We had Superior remove a couple of trees and some invasive shrubs growing along our driveway earlier this spring (2015). While Jeffrey and his crew did the job in a timely manner, we still had a massive pile of wood chips to reckon with after they left which I was told was "industry standard." I'm new to the tree service market but I've since observed a different tree crew do work at the park across the street. Not only did this other tree service ground the tree stumps, but they also cleaned up the remaining wood chips, prepped the ground with soil and laid down grass seed. That was not the case with Superior. After calling Jeffrey, he did have a landscaper pick up the leftover wood chips, which was a nice gesture. Overall, the team was professional and courteous, but there was nothing superior about their work.

The owner was very responsive to the initial call. The price was terrific. Took a little time (about two weeks) to get the crew here because of work load. The trimming was of the highest quality. The only negative was some of the scrub I thought would be removed wasn't. I should have followed up with the provider but I didn't. I'm sure they would have remedied. Would absolutely use again.
