Description of Work: RGC sent a professional to my house to perform work who caused $2000 damage while they were on site. The professional represented themselves with an RGC business card. However, RGC would not take responsibility for the damage, nor would they fix the problem that occurred. Terrible contractor.

RGC was first to respond to clean out our basement after a major flood and all they required was a $500 deposit. Problem was they NEVER showed up when promised and only gave excuses in return. After being told that we would be put back into the queue for a later date we cancelled the appointment and went with somebody that actually showed up on time. However, when we asked for our deposit back, the president again failed to live up to his promises and after 2 weeks and more excuses/lies NO MONEY RETURNED. The company finally had a check issued to us by the bank but again lied about the actual date so the money was returned to us over a month later.
