I paid $2.000 for drawing blueprint of the porch. They told me that it would take 2 weeks for the application to be approved but I called the village and they told me that they didn't receive any application. They needed to redraw the blueprint.

Bathroom turned out beautifully. Everyone was always pleasant and accommodating. We had several changes come up early in the process, and all was handled and still finished in the time frame we had originally discussed up front. This bathroom is now the nicest room in the house!

Our rating of 3 stars is generous. We will never use Prestigious nor the sister company Sharif Kitchen & Home Design ever again. The experience started well, but ended really poorly. The cabinet company whose product we chose at the recommendation of Mr. Sharif ended up cancelling their contract with Prestigious. He gave us an excellent price, for which we were grateful. However, he ordered wrong cabinet codes, meaning we had to get replacement cabinets with the right finish on a rush order: this delayed the installation of the whole kitchen. The island cabinets were supposed to be all plywood: they ordered MDF, and although we received a refund for the premium we had paid, we really wanted the plywood construction, based on his recommendation. Items arrived that were not needed. Other items that the contractor ordered arrived in the wrong dimensions. We compromised on the wrong finish of a cabinet side, allowing them to use a skin to cover up the bare wood finish: we don't recommend doing that, because installing a skin is really difficult and it is likely to fail: today, we would insist on getting the cabinet finish that we had ordered. All the while, we were being told that we were their best friends and how they "loved us". We had made it clear that the only reason we went with them was because of the offer they made, and that it was a pure transactional relationship. If we had had to pay a higher price, we would have gone with a different cabinet supplier and design company. In the end, the relationship became broken and irreparable due to the way that Mr Sharif does business. We felt that we could no longer trust him, even allowing for the fact that sometimes things can go wrong in this business: the amount of things that went wrong with our order was too much and too many.

It was excellent. I was really concerned that I was really going to have a hard time replacing this cabinet because it is old. The owner, Sharif, knows the company who originally built the cabinets. I met his wife who was also working with him, delightful people. He came out to my house and made sure the measurements was accurate. He stayed in touch with me. He came out a second time, Sharif, just to make sure things were being done properly. He was a very personable and professional fellow. I couldn't be happier. Just beautiful cabinetry. I really had a good experience.

Very timely and amazing work!! Turned out immaculate and would definitely use again if needed in the future.

Project start and finish with time. Mr Sharif was excellent with laying out the timeline and keeping us in the loop . He was always accessible for questions. The was done by one of master installer the quality of workmanship was excellent I highly recommend Prestige kitchen and home design.well use them again for our master bathroom project.
