Description of Work: I scheduled an appt with Patrick to come out to my house and give me an estimate for some yard work. After waiting 15 minutes, I called him and he stated he forgot. I then gave him my address and he said he would be there in 10 minutes. Than after another 30 minutes he showed up. Now I do appreciate that he walked around the yard with me and gave me some good ideas about what to do with some plans and trees. He was also a very nice man who seemed proud of his line of work. However, he did not ask me for my contact information to give me an estimate after he was done looking at the yard. He didn't write anything down, he didn't measure anything. He told me he would get back to me with an estimate. It is now 4.5 weeks later and he never called with an estimate.
