We had an emergency and called them Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday evening the owner and sales manager arrived to help us figure out what kind of security system to install. They were informative and helpful, and did not prey on our fear to sell a bigger system than we needed. By Wednesday evening we had enough installed to help us sleep, and by Thursday afternoon everything was installed and working. I can't say enough about how great they all were.

They were on time and they were exceptionally professional. We think they are really great!

Keith Fisher, the owner, and his staff have NEVER let us down. Appointments are scheduled at our convenience, emergencies are handled quickly, service packages are comprehensive, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Compared to neighbors, our alarm systems have always performed more efficiently-with minimal service and no random false alarms.

Our expereince was good. I told him I wanted the same key for both doors, which wasn't the case for the old locks. He was very professional. They were a good company. He was in and out very quickly. I think it only took him like an hour to do everything. He knew what he was doing.

The house we moved into three years ago had a Keyth Security system installed, so we have used them for regular maintenance, and the annual service contract. It's fine, but just seems like a lot of money to pay for something that we use rarely. But this is the first house I've owned with a security system, so I don't know for sure just how expensive it is in comparison. On occasion, we lose our power due to a storm, and that triggers calls from Keyth. Generally, that goes OK, even it it's kind of a pain to have to do and get a jarring call if we don't call them right away.

Very helpful for short notice locksmith services and alarm monitoring services.

It went extremely well. The sales person was courteous and knowledgeable, the service technician was punctual and efficient and the overall responsiveness and professionalism has been very satisfactory.

Locksmith arrived on time. He had to try various fixes because the door itself was sagging. The lock is now working perfectly. Work area was thoroughly cleaned. I was pleased that the cost was so reasonable given that he spent 45 minutes on the job.

Keyth Locksmiths did great work for us. We decided to have a few of our existing locks re-keyed, which helped save us some money, and added a few additional deadbolts for security. Their locksmith got all of the work done in about three hours and the charges came in slightly under the estimate. Now all of the locks on our house all work with just one key and we have deadbolts on all exterior doors as well as the interior doors to the garage and basement. Based on our positive experience, we'll definitely go back to Keyth for an alarm system once we're ready to get one installed. We especially appreciated that they took the time to explain and quote several options and price points without being pushy so that we could pick the best option for our needs (and budget).

They have a really quick response time when the alarm goes off. I have been using their services for five years now. They are very reliable and that lets me feel secure and at-ease in my home, or when I am not at home.

Incredibly efficient. Price was a little high, but he did a good job. Honest. I graded them a C in responsiveness, but I believe they did not respond to an emergency call in enough time.

Courteous, on-time and professional. Explained all the details, as he was changing the locks and made suggestions on improving our overall home security. Would use again.

I thought at first that the price was a bit high--but the locksmith spent about six hours doing the work. Excellent job; cleaned-up well after himself; friendly, helpful. Highly recommended!

Some parts to the hardware that I supplied were missing, but John had extra parts with him to complete the job and didn't charge extra. He also made 2 extra keys for no charge. He was polite, on time, always carefully wiped his feet before entering and cleaned up. Although Keyth is pricey ($58 initial service charge & $88/hour labor), I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was performed and will call him again should I ever need a locksmith in the future.

Everyone was on time, and returned whenever we needed to make final adjustments. The central response center is terrific -- we can set our watch by the time it takes them to call when we have accidentally set-off the alarm (about 20 seconds). We feel very safe with the system, and with their monitoring service. We did not choose the maintenance agreement in order to save money. We haven't had any problems with the system, or any need for them to come out (except when we replaced a back door).

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPS ARE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE. I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET QUESTIONS ANSWERED AND TO EVEN GET PRICE QUOTES. FINALLY, I GOT SO FED UP THAT I EMAILED A COMPLAINT TO KEYTH HIMSELF. AFTER THAT, I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH SERVICE. I WAS ASSIGNED A DIFFERENT SALES REP WHO IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND COMPETENT. BUT, BECAUSE OF MY INITIAL BAD EXPERIENCE, I HAVE TO GIVE THEM LOW SCORES IN CERTAIN CATEGORIES. THAT SAID, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY HANDLED MY COMPLAINT ONCE I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION.

I SELECTED KEYTH SECURITY AFTER GETTING ESTIMATES AND IN-HOME VISITS FROM FOUR OTHER ALARM COMPANIES. THE KEYTH SALESMAN HAD VASTLY SUPERIOR KNOWLEDGE OF ALARMS AND SECURITY ISSUES THAN ANY OF THE SALEPEOPLE FROM ADT, AN ADT-AUTHORIZED DEALER LOCATED IN CHICAGO, BRINKS, OR PROTECTION ONE. MARIANNE AT KEYTH'S MAIN OFFICE WAS ALSO PARTICULARLY HELPFUL IN ALLOWING ME TO CUSTOMIZE MY SYSTEM AND STAY WITHIN MY BUDGET, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT CAME TO ADDING THE RADIO BACKUP. THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED ON THE FIRST SATURDAY AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT, AND THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO MY PLACE WAS CAREFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I ALSO GOT GREAT SUPPORT AFTER A FALSE ALARM (RELATED TO AN OVERLY SENSITIVE SHOCK/VIBRATION MONITOR ON A WINDOW) -- FROM BOTH MY SALESMAN AND THE SUPERVISOR OF KEYTH'S CHICAGO OFFICE (USMAN). MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE SIGNS THEY PROVIDE (FOR POSTING IN YOUR WINDOWS) ONLY SAY ''KEYTH'' -- THERE'S NO WAY FOR AN UNSOPHISTICATED BADGUY TO KNOW THAT'S AN ALARM COMPANY.

GREAT COMPANY. OUR SALESMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DIDN'T OVER SELL SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT. HE GAVE US HONEST ANSWERS AND WAS VERY SENSITIVE TO OUR BUDGET. GREAT COMPANY!

THE PERSON I TALKED TO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. HE EVEN RECOMMENDED A FEW LOCKSMITHS IN THE CITY THAT WERE CLOSER TO ME, SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY THE TRAVEL CHARGE. THEIR PRICES SEEMED REASONABLE BUT DECIDED TO GO WITH A LESS EXPENSIVE COMPANY CLOSER TO HOME.

PUNCTUAL, VERY HELPFUL, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

VERY NICE; COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW POLITE & CONSCIENTIOUS BRIAN (LOCKSMITH) WAS; EVEN INSISTING ON REMOVING HIS SHOES WHEN IT'S OBVIOUS MY FLOORS WERE IN HORRIBLE CONDITION. HE DID HAVE TO MAKE A FEW TRIPS, AS HE DIDN'T HAVE STRIKE PLATES WITH HIM THE FIRST TIME, AND THE SECOND TIME HE HAD TO RUN BACK TO THE OFFICE TO PICK UP A CERTAIN TOOL, BUT OVERALL, GREAT EXPERIENCE.

GREAT! THEY DID HAVE TO MAKE A COUPLE TRIPS - NOT THEIR FAULT, MY PHONE LINE WENT DOWN, AND THEY WEREN'T COMFORTABLE FINISHING THE WORK UNLESS THEY COULD DO A THOROUGH TEST OF THE SYSTEM. I ALSO HAD TO CALL AND REMIND THEM OF THE FOB PROMISED AT NO CHARGE.. WHICH THEY PROMPTLY SCHEDULED A DROP-OFF FOR. IN RETROSPECT, PRICE SEEMS HIGH GIVEN OTHER OFFERS I'VE RECEIVED IN THE MAIL AFTERWARD.

CHRIS WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ADJUSTING THE DESIGN ON INSTALLATION DAY. VERY INFORMATIVE AND ANSWERED JUST ABOUT ANY QUESTION I HAD. I HAVE HAD THIS SERVICE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW AND I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE MONITORING SERVICE AND SUPPORT IS TOP NOTCH!

THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED SEVERAL OPTIONS. HE SAID THEY'D DO A DRIVE-BY ESTIMATE AND HE'D CALL ME THE NEXT DAY. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. I LEFT A VOICE MAIL ON HIS DIRECT LINE A WEEK LATER. NO RESPONSE. I LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE AND STILL NOTHING. I MIGHT HAVE USED THEM IF HE'D CALLED ME BACK, BUT THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS RIDICULOUS, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING HOW MANY LOCKSMITHS ARE OUT THERE.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL THROUGH COMPLETION OF THE WORK, I FOUND THEM TO BE RESPONSIVE AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
