Description of Work: Keyth installed a security system in my home as well as improving the locks on my back door. Since the installation, I feel much more secure - especially when heading out of town. They seem a bit pricey, but offer truly personalized service.

 + -1 moreI WAITED SOMETHING LIKE 3 WEEKS, SINCE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE NEAR ME. I WASN'T IN A BIG RUSH AND DUE TO THE EXCELLENT REVIEWS ON ANGIE'S LIST I WANTED TO GIVE THE COMPANY A CHANCE. THE FELLOW WHO INSTALLED THE LOCK WAS GREAT. HE WAS SUPPOSE TO SHOW UP BETWEEN 3PM AND 5PM AND ARRIVED AROUND 4PM. HE INSTALLED THE LOCK IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS. THE COMPANY WAS SUPPOSE TO ASK FOR A COPY OF MY DRIVER'S LICENSE, BUT THAT WAS FORGOTTEN AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS WENT BY BETWEEN THE TIME I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION OF THE LOCK.
Description of Work: I WANTED TWO LOCKS INSTALLED, BUT THE LOCKSMITH DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT LOCK FOR THE SECOND DOOR WHICH MEANT A SECOND VISIT. I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THE COMPANY ON THE SECOND LOCK. OF THE ONE LOCK THAT WAS INSTALLED THE JOB WAS DONE WELL. THE MIX UP ON THE SECOND LOCK HAD MORE TO DO WITH THE PERSON IN THE OFFICE NOT ASKING ME THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.

Description of Work: ALL OF THE KEYS TO OUR HOME WERE STOLEN FROM OUTSIDE OUR HOME. WE REALIZED THIS AT 10 PM. WE HAD RECENTLY DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY SEEKING BIDS ON OTHER WORK. WE CALLED THEM AT 10:30 PM AND THEY WERE IMMEDIATELY RESPONSIVE. BY 2 AM, OUR ENTIRE HOME AND GARAGE HAD BEEN RE-KEYED AND WE WERE PROVIDED 5 SETS OF REPLACEMENT KEYS. THEY ALSO ADVISED US ON SECURING OUR CAR OVERNIGHT AS THOSE KEYS WERE ALSO STOLEN.
