He does a wonderful job on my rugs. I have 3 rugs that I got cleaned a year ago. He takes care of everything He is very good but he is over priced and just wonderful! They do a beautiful job and are worth the money!

They picked the rug up at our home, called with their recomendations for the rug, (cleaning, blocking and stain repellent). I agreed and they did the work. It took about a month or more. Forgot how bright the rug used to be. It was beautiful.

I actually wound up at this store by accident on my way back from a different rug store where I didn't find anything I liked. I worked with Sarah. What really impressed me is that they don't to the typical crazy rug pricing they do everywhere else, where a rug is marked at like $20,000 and then marked down to $3,000. They have prices by the square foot based on the quality of the rug so I felt like I was getting a fair price for what I was buying. I always thought the typical rug pricing was pretty crazy and so do they. They brought out several different rugs to my home within a day of me picking several out and let me evaluate them in my home for about a week. This is my second oriental rug purchase I have ever made. I consider myself an educated consumer after reading a lot about rugs online from rug expert websites and I have shopped for rugs at 6 different locations in the city and suburbs. They also had another rug that I really liked for a different room but I wasn't sure if the size was right; they said they could get another one made in whatever size I wanted for the same price per square foot; I and my decorator found this impressive and I will consider doing so once I finish decorating that room which should be soon. I do need at least two or three more rugs for my home as I continue to decorate my home over the next few years and I will definitely include Job Youshaei in my rug shopping.

I took the rug in to have cleaned and said it would be a 48hour turn around. When we contacted them they said we could not get to it and we will have it out within a week. We have moved to NY and they said they would ship it to us. It has been over 3 weeks now and we still do not have it. Update: We received the rug 4-5 weeks after original promise date. It was cleaned well and we are satisfied with the quality of the work. They charged us a discounted shipping fee despite the fact that the delay was not our doing.

not cheap, not happy with wet rugs. Kept one rolled up and it became musty.Job called me personally later and upon finding we had a problem, offered to redo the rugs at no charge. All is good now and I appreciate the personal touch.

It took several weeks due to their cleaning process but i was quite satisfied. It was expensive though.

I dropped off the rugs. They cleaned and repaired them and delivered them a few weeks later. Be sure to get a written estimate. There are various charges that add up to the total.

Mr. Youshaei is an extremely professional, careful, meticulous rug merchant. In my opinion, he wishes to please the customer and will do so in a very honest, competent manner. He seems to be an expert in oriental rug design, creation, appraisal, materials, maintenance and restoration. There is no pressure to purchase. HE listens carefully to the client's parameters of the desired purchase. He provides wonderful personal service without pressure. He has been willing to work with us to make the correct purchase over a long time. Prices seem very reasonable. He delivers excellent quality and value for the money spent. He has a range of prices that would allow anyone to purchase an oriental rug at a good price. In these challenging economic times, where people seek value, professional service and quality, I could not recommend anyone as highly as Job Youshaei. Another important factor is that he relies totally on his rug merchant skills and continued customer satisfaction for hi livelihood. Unlike chain stores, which sell multiple product lines, he specializes selectively in fine oriental rugs. Where ever you are located I would suggest a drive to see his showroom before you purchase from another dealer to experience the professional skill of Job Youshaei.

I have used them and I am very satisfied with them. they have been in business for 50 years, they are third generation. They are very competitively priced. The man who is the owner of the company is third or fourth generation in oriental rugs, he is from Iran, which was Persia, and he really understands or knows about oriental rugs. If I were buying one, no question, I would go there. I trusted them with the cleaning because I saw how they did it, they just really take care. It is picked up at my house and cleaned and then sent back. Everything they did looked beautiful. I have had it done at other places before but these people succeeded them all. More work went into the rug than just cleaning, there were minor problems with the fringes and I had a whole bunch of things done. The cleaning itself was a couple hundred dollars in most cases. These are pretty big rugs though, like 10' x 14'. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
