+ -1 moreMy experience over all was excellent. I would not use anyone else for such a complicated job. No corners were cut. He was worth the price for the peace of mind knowing that I have not had a leak and he guaranteed his work for 25 years. He has a very high reputation on the North Shore which he stands behind.
Description of Work: Mr. Hollander most recently replaced the back lower flat roof of my house. Seven years ago he replaced the Main flat roof of the house. I have had much experience with roofing contractors and I believe he is by far the most skilled and professional. Also, he takes great pride in his work and results. Flat roofs are the most difficult to roofs to repair or replace. Flats are notorious for leeks. Hollander used the right flashing material and applied them correctly. He uses the most recent and well time tested materials.
