Very satisfied! Of 3 bids, Todd Payne's bid was very competitive. The project went very smoothly. I was impressed with his conscientiousness and professionalism. Even his bid was the most on-time, legible, and professional-looking. I also felt he was honest and trustworthy. He always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. He always showed up and got the job done when he said he was going to. It was very important that he coordinated my roofing job with the painters who were painting my house the same week, the electrician who was installing bathroom vent fans through the roof, and the landscaper who needed to install connections to the downspouts. He coordinated all of it by getting in touch with and meeting with the other contractors. I don't think just anybody could have handled this degree of multi-tasking because there was a lot going on at my house that month! Nothing was left incomplete and he went above and beyond to deliver and to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend him and I would hire him and his crew again. Most importantly, my roof and my gutters look great!

Really well. Todd was their project manager. Was very informative and reasonable in providing both replacement and repair options. We ended up going for replacement. Their staff arrived on the date and time decided. Todd came in to check at regular intervals and showed the pictures of essential repairs. Work was finished right on time without any surprises or added costs. Extremely professional approach and right guidance - would definitely recommend them. On areas to improve, they could be a bit more responsive on the call but Todd's schedule was tight and I can totally understand that. Either ways, I would definitely recommend working with them for reliability, quality, and promptness.

I am very pleased with their service. Shaun came out to do our estimate and spent time answering questions. He came back out when I had some further questions, just to clarify. The day of the installation, the installers were punctual, very professional, and showed clear pride in doing things right. Shaun came by twice during the day to answer questions and make sure things were going well. All in all, I am very pleased with the workmanship and the whole experience.

It went very well. I had several estimates. We chose Etruscan as we felt that they were going to do what was needed to take care of our roof issues. They were also competitively and fairly priced. Shaun, the owner, did everything he could to accommodate us with a suitable date to begin work due to our family activities. The team showed up as scheduled and worked super hard. The weather was against them due to rain. Despite this they did all that they could to work as best as they could. The team was friendly and did an excellent job. Shaun explained the details of the teams work with the challenges of our mansard roof in order to avoid future water problems. The team took longer than estimated on the job because there were more roof boards that needed replacing than originally thought. Shaun said that he would rather take longer on the job and get it done correctly despite the impact on his schedule. Shaun’s crew hand nailed the roof tiles in order to knock the nails in the correct place on the tiles and do the job correctly, unlike our previous roof job seven years before where a nail stapler was used that missed the correct placement on many of the roof tiles resulting in falling tiles over the years. As mentioned Shaun’s crew were excellent and they did an excellent job. We could not have asked for a more responsible group of guys. They cleaned up the work area, and yard very carefully. It has been two years since we had our new roof installed and we have had no roof issues since. We were very happy that Shaun was referred to us and will refer this company to others. Outstanding. Todd and the rest of the group were very responsive and made every effort to be certain I was satisfied with the work. Their workmanship was excellent, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up and left premises in excellent condition. Mine was a small job and they were very busy but they made time to meet my needs. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

It all went fine, no issues. Told me price would be $400-600 depending on if additional damage was found once the vent was removed. They found no damage and price was $400 less a 5% Angies Discount. Todd the owner also let me wait a week to pay for the repair. Unusual in this day and age and I was grateful for the time. Would not hesitate to call again

Great to work with ! Todd installed tarp to protect roof when it was too cold to replace roof & than worked around some strange weather conditions to do a great job of replacing the roof & gutters. They used high quality materials & were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Them !

We needed minor repairs to our 20 year old roof following a windstorm. Shaun was very quick to respond with a quote and then his workers were out to do the repairs within days. We were very impressed by the professionalism and quality service provided by Etruscan. We will definitely keep them on our short list of contractors for future projects.

Shaun & his workers did everything Shaun said they would even working into the evening to finish. Shaun came back the next morning to show me the finished job & to complete cleaning up. I had this roof replaced by someone else years ago & they didn't do a complete job of tearing off the old roof. Shaun's team not only did it right but they added some wood strips under the roofing material at the edges to direct the water away & towards they gutters. I had recently had some leaks along the edge of the roof but that shouldn't be a problem in the future. They also removed an old unused chimney which had been another source of some leaks. They used some siding that was not visible from the ground to patch a hole on the side of my garage since Shaun could't find the exact replacement siding anywhere. They then used some slightly lighter siding to recover where they had taken the repair pieces from, If I hadn't known what they had done I wouldn't have known it was different material. I now feel confident that I can complete some overdue indoor remodeling without having to worry about leaks. There is no question I will use Etruscan again when it comes time to replace the rest of the roof which I had assumed would need to be replaced at the same time but Shaun said I have a few more years on that roof.

Shaun was very responsive and easy to reach during the proposal stage of the engagement. When he came out to speak to us he was humble yet passionate about his work. His personality was one of the reasons we went with him. His price was fair. He and his team showed up when scheduled and they did a very nice job on the roof. Shingle alignment, all the flashing, everything looked very good when they finished. They cleaned up around the house nicely when they were done. If I have one very minor criticism, it is this. When his crew took their lunch breaks, they would nap laying out on the lawn. One day they were even on my neighbor's lawn. Not a big deal, but it made me a little uncomfortable. Overall they did a very nice job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Todd came out right away when I called. The repair did got scheduled as soon he originally said, but that seemed to be in part due to a delay in getting the new skylight delivered and in part because ours was a small job and was scheduled around some other jobs he had. But it still got done within 3 weeks of when I first called him. The quality of the work seems excellent. He provided plenty of before and after photos so I didn't have to climb up on the roof myself. Everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Todd at Etruscan was very professional. We received approximately 6 quotes from highly rated Angies list companies serving my town. Etruscan was local and they had one of the lowest priced quotes with excellent reviews. We had out of town guests coming to visit soon and Etruscan was able to fit us in and complete the work before our guests arrived. They did a very good job and cleaned well up after the job.

The company showed up when they said they would. Management was on sight several times during the day. The crew was very professional and completed the job on time. Excellent experience.

Courteous and honest - said there was nothing wrong with the roof and it was just a freak storm with sideways rain that may have gone up the ridge vents.

Todd from Etruscan came out and looked at our house to determine the best course of action. Our home only had two downspouts and the gutters couldn't handle all that water. He gave us an estimate to replace the existing downspouts, add two more downspouts and place gutter guards on the gutters. They performed the work as discussed. They were very professional and their work looks great. I would use them again if the need arises.

Todd is amazing. Incredibly professional and generous with time and effort. Did thorough water testing to ensure no leaks after fixes. They were the first to rid us of our leaky roof in 3 years, after hiring multiple chimney/roofing contractors. Recommend highly

Todd was fantastic. He was responsove to all calls and emails. He was patient in explaining the work that needed to be done. His crew were polite and cleaned up well after their work. This was one of the best experinces that I have had with workers at my house in many years. I did not feel like I was getting wripped off and I felt that Todd was honest and fair.

It went great Todd Payne was SUPER responsive. He called me back within minutes of me calling him. He was able to get guys out to do the job within a day. They even went above and beyond to help us out with some wood rot that we had. Their craftmenship on the gutters was really great. Once I have the budget, I'd be happy to call them back to fix up the rest of our gutters. Very happy with their service and would DEFINITELY call them again some day. Thanks again guys!!!!

The workers were outstanding. There were two workers. The area was left clean. They were extremely prompt. They were very responsive.
