Description of Work: I had a small carpentry job, involving the replacement of a door and threshhold on a storage shed in my backyard. He did a very professional and thorough job, arriving punctually and cleaning up thoroughly after completion. The price was very fair for the nature of the work.

 + -1 moreElmer was really nice and the price was good. My only concern was that he didn't patch some spots on the walls, so if you look closely, you can still see a change in texture. He was also slow getting the work done, but because the price was right and he didn't do a bad job, just not perfect (I'm picky), so I might use him again.
Description of Work: I had 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom painted; one bedroom needed wallpaper removed and 2 different colors were used (one above the chair rail and the other below. Elmer was very helpful in suggesting colors. A second bedroom also had 2 different colors; the third bedroom was painted a neutral cream color, as was the master bathroom.

 + 1 moreI was very pleased with his work. He was very meticulous, did a very good job. I would highly recommend him. I don't remember the cost, but it was competitive.
Description of Work: I've had him paint my living room, den, master bedroom, and has remodeled a couple of my bathrooms.
