Adam, my contact, responded to my request and provided a quote promptly. The day my project started, I added the deck. It was a spur of the moment add-on. The crew couldn’t have been more professional. They cleaned up daily, were meticulous, didn't cut corners and did the job like it was their home. I was extremely happy with Nivardo and DiVinci.

Very well. DiVinci was fantastic! Our site manager was fantastic! The lead painter was fantastic! The quality of work was wonderful. They were able to work around some challenges. We love this company.

I used them for everything I could related to a complete remodel. They know their stuff do great work, are very clean and neat - and best of all will tell you when something either can't be done or they aren't the ones to do it. Very honest and reliable. I worked with Adam who was very helpful and even referred me to other trades who were also great.

I could not be happier with DiVinci Enterprises. It is hard to find a GC that can do this type of brick work, stamped concrete, and carpentry. My house looks AMAZING! Ralph, the GC, is a great guy. He is responsive, easy to talk to and knows the business. You never felt like you were being sold to. Just to ensure the project would be completed on time, he even came out and did some of the minor things himself when a few people in his crew got sick! I encourage anyone who is looking for a company that does great work at a fair/competitive price, to reach out to DiVinci.

Met with Ralph to start the process and found him to be far more responsive then any of the other contractors I had contacted regarding my attic rough carpentry work (12+ contractors in total). He had a very positive attitude whereas many others had presented problems / excuses / not even bothered to estimate. Commencement of work with the carpenters went great also - material delivered and attic floor joists were reinforced within the first day. Demolition and carpentry for the 2 dormers took roughly a day each, having to work around some rough weather / snow. Quality of carpentry work was fantastic and the guys were able to offer great workarounds for some of the issues on the architectural plans. Oddly the end result was slightly better than what I'd originally worked out with the architect. A few weeks later the City approved the rough carpentry and I couldn't be happier with the work that DiVinci's guys achieved. Looking forward to having DiVinci complete the drywall work next month!

All of Divinci's workers, trades-people, and assistants were professional and talented. their work was thorough and done with attention to detail. When problems came up, they worked to solve them. They made it all work. They did not leave anything unfinished. They worked until we were satisfied, and we're completely satisfied.

Ralph and his team did a fantastic job! They were extremely neat and paid attention to every detail. They were always punctual and even finished the work earlier than expected! Overall, I was very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend working with them.

It was a good-sized, complicated job with lots of details. One of our top priorities was working with a contractor who we liked and trusted. We chose to work with Ralph when he worked for a different company. We solicited about 7-8 bids for the job and Ralph's was somewhere in the middle. One of the deciding factors, for sure, was Ralph's personality and responsiveness. This is very important -- you want to work with to someone who is pleasant, trustworthy and someone who returns your calls without delay. My wife and I had just purchased the house and were learning as we went about the remodeling we wanted done. Ralph was very patient and helped us save money where possible, without cutting corners on quality. He's very friendly and easy to work with, and was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. He's very knowledgeable about remodeling. The work was first rate. His subcontractors all did fine work, and they were pleasant. We were not living in the house at the time, but we regularly met with Ralph to discuss the work. All the work ended up taking longer than we had hoped, but it was understandable -- we kept adding more small projects and, of course, they found some surprises that needed to be addressed once the walls were opened up. Overall, we were very happy with the work and were please to work with Ralph, and have recommended him to numerous friends.

We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome of the project. Ralph provided realistic expectations and guidance along the entire project. He and his team were always punctual, so wonderful to work with, and worked incredibly hard. We appreciated their attention to detail and high quality work product. Overall, a great experience!

Finish work was excellent. Employees did good work-were punctual, clean and left the job site in good order.

Joshua really came through for me in what turns out to be a crazy busy, rainy summer for remodeling. Full paint inside and out. The job was on time and on budget. I'm glad I got this work scheduled a couple of months ago.

DiVinci Painters, Inc. excellent painters, the handyman service, they were also excellent and we have no problems with them. We used the painters and the handyman. They are just, in general, very good. I think service, they arrived when then they say they are going to, they do the job that they say they are supposed to do for us, and in general, we had the other few minor problems, but we reported those and they are being taken care of. For the most part, the work is very good and the people that they have employed with them are very respectful of our home and they are good, in how they work in the final job. DiVinci Painters, Inc. were not the cheapest. We have a little problem with them and they were still working that out, but in general and we have used them probably around for maybe 3 years and for the most part, everything has been very well done. DiVinci Painters, Inc.are very professional and as I said, we recently had a little problem, but that is being taken care of.

They were great. Punctual and professional the entire time. They made sure to get every little detail completed in a timely and artistic manner. They also left us a enough paint to do any touch ups necessary down the road. We plan on using them for future projects.

As it turns out, I didn't use Divinci Painters because they didn't have a carpenter in their group.

My son lives in a condo and to get any work done the condo bldg. manager must approve all work and must have a certificate of ins. from the provider. I kept calling Adam (also texted and emailed) for the certificate of ins. plus the quotes. After 2 weeks of frustration I decided that someone else could use my money. I couldn't get Adam to give me a start date to begin the work. I decided to use someone else and the work is in progress and seems to be very satisfactory. Don't use this company. They are very frustrating and in lieu would have cost me $500 more than I am spending now. All the closet needed was to be re-positioned which one of the workers did for me. The wood floor did not need anything else. With the a/c lowered the moisture in the wood floors left by itself.

They were four times higher than other quotes I received. They quoted $24000. Everything was extremely positive other than the price. I thought that they were very professional, they were prompt and I would have liked to hire them. The other thing I found amusing was that they were quoting six hundred hours of labor to do this and it would have taken them six months do this paint job, which seemed a little ridiculous. The only benefit of doubt I would give them is that I am moving from the city of Chicago to one of the suburbs, and for the area that I am in, you tend to get charged more than in the cities, so that could be one of the reasons. I definitely would never use them for that price. If I had pushed, I could have gotten a little bit less off but given the distance, they had to cover, I didn’t even try and in the end, it was a waste of my time too. I ended up getting the job done in $7000.

After interviewing multiple contractors to redo our kitchen, powder room and mud room and foyer, we settled on davincini. A good friend of mine in Glencoe used them and had only great things to say. Every person I talked to told me what a nightmare this project would be. Everyone had a story about theirs contractor that didn't respond or show up to work or took twice as long or who came in way over budget or who were rude and made a mess. I can tell you that my wife and I had a complete and pleasant experience with davincini from start to finish. That includes every single worker that stepped foot into our house. The foreman, Adam, was unbelievable as we're each of the workers. The demo was unbelievably clean. We did not have any dust in our house at all and since I have a saltwater fishntank I was very concerned. This is major. They respected our house with 3 kids and sealed the work area right every night as well as cleaned up EVERY DAY. The work was phenomenal and every issue (there always are) was handled professionally and timely. These guys are truly incredible. If you are redoing any part of your house, I would not hesitate to hire davincini I will go as far as leaving my personal email ( my wife would,kill me) If anyone would like to speak with me directly or come out to see the work, feel free to send me a message. We live in Highland Park. I rate Adam and his team an A+ and would recommend them for any job you have. Everything about davinci was a great experience. This may seem like a commercial, but I just believe that good people and great workers should recognized.

They are a competent painting service. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Paint job looked great. They matched the color of the siding on the garage perfectly and they were fast.

Received a quick response to my email, and was very professional and nice. Took a day more than promised to get back to me with the quote after visiting my home. I have heard that these guys do a great job, but why would I want to pay an extra $1200+ for the work?

Did not respond to initial request, via Angie's List, for a proposal. No calls, no contact. We didn't bother to follow up as there were plenty of other companies who did respond quickly.

Angel came out to meet with us, and we took to him immediately. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional - everything you want in someone you are trusting to paint the exterior of your first home. He advised us on color, as well as corrected our assumption that the wood was painted - he informed us it should be a stain - and he was right! He gave us the best price and scheduled us quickly. He visited us on the day the work started to make sure we were okay. His guys were great. Very polite, courteous, did an excellent job, and cleaned up quickly. I've since had Angel out to estimate some interior work. He again was friendly, professional, and knowledgable - and I will have them out again later this summer (2011). I would (and have recommended) Divinci to friends and neighbors.
