 + -1 moreIt was necessary to clean the vents because something was blocking the vent and the dryer was shutting down. It seemed they did the job, however, four months later, I have the same problem. It was the conclusion of my appliance repairman that the vent cleaning had not been properly done. When I called them to discuss this not only would they not at least come out to check their work, they made excuses, and more importantly, they were abusive and belligerent over the phone.
Description of Work: I had DCS come out to clean my dryer vent, but I decided to go ahead and have them clean the whole house vents.
