The installation of the fence went very well. The cedar looks nice and it has held up fine since they did the work.

They were not responsive to problems at all. I finally had to call the sales man to get them to fix the problems.

We used them because they were local and their estimate was in line with the others we received. Our gates never opened and closed properly. They never came out to fix them, and worse, they never returned any phone calls. I had to go to their office where Howard said he would come out later that day and look at my fence. He has still not showed up even after I called and spoke with him to follow up. Quick to take my money - not quick to follow up and stand by his product. He is a rude individual who I would never recommend again.

They did a very good job and were professional. They were here to do the job, and they got it done on time. They said that the work would take two days - they were here for two days and finished it in two days. Their price was competitive. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We were given a fair and competive price. The installers came over an hour late without calling. The installed the fence in one day. Upon inspection, there were about a dozen cracked planks and a cracked post in addition to one side on the fence having uneven planks. We called the compnay and were told a worker would come on a specific day, before 11. The man showed up after 12. He replaced a few boards (the sitter did her best to explain the problems). He said he would be back early the next day to complete th repairs. He never showed. We called the owner and after a week of waiting for a response, Mr. Jacobson came out himself and agreed that it was not up to standards and would replace the problem areas. He refused to replace the post because it is a :Pain in the neck" and would extend to warranty in case the crack impacts the wear. This makes me nervous as companies go belly up all the time and we will be out of luck if this happens. In addition, he did not put it in writing. The workers left a mess...including: an empty bag of cement, a filthy work bucket, a long paper tape measurer and chunks of old concrete in the yard (we have young children and pets).

The owner of Champion Fence actually came out to do the estimate and immediately gave us a price that same day. I called him a few days later telling him that he was not the cheapest price, so he offered to match the lowest price. I accepted the offer, he came out within a week after that and put the fence up all in one day. The fence looks great and so far I haven't noticed any problems with it.

It was a 5 feet tall solid cedar traditional fence. We asked different companies to come out and give us quotes. They owner came out, looked at the property and gave us an estimate. He also brought his computer along and we were able to discuss about the quote. We called them back and told them that we got a better quote from someone else. They were able to beat that price, so we went with them. They came out within a week and had the work finished in a day and the fence looked like it was in good shape. They did a good job.

They came out and did an estimate for about 300 feet of wooden fence. They were very professional. They were very punctual. I thought that they might have been a bit too "smooth". The price was competitive.

The quality of the work good. They called the city to get a permit but an hour later the city changed their mind so we had to stop and do it again. I do recommend them but make sure that they have the written permit before they start the work. They were on time. The price was a little higher than usual but they came out quick and finished quickly.
