 + -1 moreWe decided to go a different direction and ultimately never used Mike. However, this wasn't due to him or the services. We had already provided a down payment and were set to have the work done when we changed our minds. He was responsive, understood our position and refunded our $1800 down payment (less $200 to compensate him for the several hours he spent inspecting our home).
Description of Work: Mike did an pre-home purchase inspection and provided subsequent bids on chimney sweeps and potential rebuild.

 + -1 moreCertified Chimneys' management and personel were sklllful, professional and prompt. Their estimate included no more and no less work and materials than was required., and their price was great Their finished product looks great and works perfectly.
Description of Work: Rebuilt approximately top 50 courses of a masonry chimney. Replace complete heating system flue with new ovalized flexible stainless steel; replaced complete fireplace flue with new ceramic tile. Poured 4" thick concrete chimney cap and installed animal/weather-proof chimney covers.

 + -1 moreIt was excellent. They are good at what they do and they do it carefully. I left a message and they called me back within a day. They gave me an estimate, which was reasonable. I waited a year to do the work and they let me use the same estimate. They were professional and friendly.
