I contacted Yale at Advanced Backflow Testing, Inc. after having trouble with a different company honoring their past work. Yale was very professional on the phone and very responsive. He listened to my description of the problem, provided a fair estimate of cost and agree to come look at it on 12/3. He quickly diagnosed the problem and returned later in the week with the parts. During the job, Yale called me to inform me that the main issue with the corrosion I was experiencing in the pipe leading up to my backflow device was related the materials used by the original installer. He upgraded to copper materials and prevent further buildup of mineral deposits. He reinspected the backflow device and agree to submit the paperwork to the village on my behalf after final payment was received. Overall Yale made what was a stressful sitution for me into a relatively easy fix. I would recommend others give this company a try for their backflow valve device plumbing needs.

I received a letter from my city to get my backflow device tested. It is a yearly test. The owner came out himself the next day and was there right when he said he would be. He was very friendly and professional. He certified my rpz in 5 minutes and left a copy with me and took one copy to mail into the city himself. As he was leaving I asked him to look at a leak under my kitchen sink and he fixed it free of charge. I will definitely use this company again!
