M&M replaced our concrete driveway at 520 N. Edgewood in La Grange Park Il during the summer of 2012. We kept all vehicles off of it for 2 weeks after the pouring, as instructed. The work looked beautiful at first. But after about 6 months, the first cracks began showing. Since then the network of cracks have cobwebbed, turned into gaping cracks and the concrete has begun to disintegrate to the point that it is as bad and worse now than before we had the job done. I called Brian 6 times to leave messages asking for help without an answer or a return call. We have now given up on M&M. I invite anyone at M&M or anyone else reading this to come by and look for yourself. We are going to have the job re-done spring of 2015 by someone else. M&M were extremely punctual. They showed up when they said they would and started work right away. The price they gave us was CONSIDERABLY less than the other bids we had. Our foundation was pretty complex with many items that were not standard. The foundation went in structurally sound, but a couple minor items were missed. On a standard foundation, these would not have been an issue. The porches went in without a hitch and once we had the size of the risers of the stairs set, so did they. Their flatwork is fantastic! They driveway went in great and they curved the expansion joints to match the driveway. As I said before, the price was fantastic. I would HIGHLY recomend them for any standard foundation and ANY type of driveway. If your foundation is complex, I still recomend them, but you will want to point out the special areas ahead of time. Concrete is always a stressful item because once it's in....it's in...but overall, this was a good experience!
