Description of Work: Paved my gravel driveway with asphalt. This is a new driveway not a do-over. The process of getting it set up was fairly long, but I don't know if that's to be expected. In any case, the contractor had to acquire a permit which took some time and then schedule the paving which was several weeks later. During this time, Pat from Irish Castle kept in regular communication by email. On the day of the paving, they showed up time and completed the work within several hours. The driveway looks great and is well-pitched to pull water away from my home. I'm happy with the service.

When I agreed to let him do the work, he gave me the date of his next opening. Description of Work: Called several times to get a quote. No call back. Finally Pat called back and said he would quote using Google Maps/Earth as he was too busy to come to house. Because of the good reviews, I called several times to schedule the new asphalt driveway. I never got a return call. I think Naperville is too far for him to go for 1 job.

Description of Work: They were very polite. He was the man I will call in the future. He was honest and a good person to deal with. He felt that this would be a waste of money to black top when the driveway needs to be completely redone.

Description of Work: Irish Castle did an excellent, professional job. They gave us the best estimate of three companies we researched, and had the soonest availability of seven companies we contacted. Patrick was patient with my endless questions and even worked well with village officials to overcome their objections and delays. His crew did careful work and cleaned up afterwards well. Our driveway project was large, requiring removal and repaving of over 120 feet of widened driveway and an expanded additional handicapped parking pad.
