As a Realtor, I rely on good quality individuals to make sure the job is done and done well and on time. I have also referred them to clients and friends and they have all been satisfied with the work.

I selected Stan even though he was not listed on Angie's List based on the high regard that a very experienced realtor friend of mine has for him. I asked for and was provided a Certificate of Insurance directly from his insurance carrier to document that he carried liability and workers comp insurance. He was prompt in meeting me to inspect the home for my estimate and he faxed me the estimate in a day or two. His price was very reasonable and he and his crew completed all the work in short order. There were no problems and the work area was cleaned properly. Stan works by word of mouth and manages the projects himself. I would use him again in a heartbeat and I will refer my friends to him.
