+ -1 moreWhile the quality of the work has been adequate, it has taken over 4 months, and the garage is not complete. It has a foundation, footings, and 4 walls, but no roof or siding. It is now December and rain, snow, and sleet are a factor. The walls are exposed to the elements. I have called Mr. Cochran repeatedly for about a 10 week period of time. He never calls me back. Finally after no response, I called him 14 times in one day. He never answered or returned my call. So then I called from a different phone, and he answered right away. No clue if this is ever going to get done. He has not performed $7000 worth of work. I am extremely displeased with his service.
Description of Work: I hired Mr. Cochran to build a 2-car 20x20 detached garage. This included tearing down an existing structure including existing foundation, pouring new footings and a new floor, and building, roofing, siding a new garage.
