 + 7 moreSo far, Ryan has been the best in price and even though he still needs to do more, I can say, it is more then I expected on what he has done and so glad his ideas were better then mine.
Description of Work: I own a few homes and Ryan had to get the water out of the basement, clear up all garbage left in house, fix back door, paint every room, take kitchen cupboards down, clean up and put back up again, do some roofing, landscaping, siding on the house, sealing parts to make warmer for winter and cooler for summer and much more due to being a rental home.
