We are extremely satisfied with the service. Quincy is very professional and knowledgeable. At first I didn’t want to follow him around the house so he could do his job but he encouraged me to go with him and he pointed out and explained everything as we went. The house is really big and it took us about 3 hours. I learned a lot from him. The secured write up he sent was very detailed with pictures and video.
