The project went very well! Francisco Espinosa, President of HoMedic Remodeling, performed the tile work and the floor looks wonderful. I could tell that Francisco enjoys working with tile. He showed expertise and extreme patience cutting small irregular pieces needed for certain spaces. The project proceeded on time and on budget. Francisco was always on time or called if traffic would delay him a few minutes. He is a positive person and is pleasant to work with on a project. He set expectations correctly regarding time and cost, therefore, there were no unpleasant surprises. I am very happy with the tile work on the floor and will use HoMedic Remodeling again!

Francisco was very professional and hardworking. He arrived promptly when he said that he would and began working immediately. He replaced everything and did a great job! I would definitely hire him again.

Francisco did such an amazing job. He was very punctual, professional and also went the extra mile. Now, we have all had contractors so we know that showing up on time and doing the job within the original specified timing and cost is not the norm. Not with Francisco... He was a true professional! I decided to paint my main living area - I live in a concrete loft with lots of pipes and duct-work. He was so thorough and he also fixed all the little cracks from the condo settling. I had chosen a lovely fuchsia color for my accent wall. Let's just say the first shade was pretty darn bright. Francisco did not bat an eye at it and calmly suggested we go get a color just a shade darker - he was right! I have had so many compliments on the color and the quality. He did it all in one day - two colors and going around the kitchen tile, duct-work, etc. He did such a fab job, I had him come back and pain my master bedroom. Again, punctual, professional, extra fixes on cracks, even did a 3rd coat around the closet area since the drywall was so absorbent it sucked up the paint. So happy with his work, I will definitely be calling him again as I feel I can trust his judgement as well as his quality, pricing and professionalism.

The project went Beautifully! They tore out tile and drywall in the tub area and two walls in the bathroom, as well as a built in cabinet and countertop. New carpet had just been installed and they were very clean throughout the entire destruction process. Their drywall skills are phenomenal, the ceiling repair in the kitchen is unnoticeable. The floors and trim work are perfect, they managed some very detailed cuts. The ceramic tile installation is a true display of craftsmanship. Their experience shows, with perfectly even grout lines and more detailed cuts. We had purchased a slightly used sink/countertop that was too large for the opening. They cut down the countertop to fit, and rebuilt the custom cabinet. Truly a top notch job!

IN THE BEGINNING WE WERE UNSURE OF HOW WE WANTED IT DONE. BUT OUR THOUGHTS AND IDEAS DURING THE PROCESS WAS HANDLED VERY PROFESSIONALLY BY FRANCISCO. I WAS AT EASE CONVEYING IT TO HIM. TIME WAS A BIG FACTOR IN GETTING IT DONE SINCE WE ONLY HAD ONE FULL BATH, BUT HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL IN TIME AND CONSIDERATE OF OURS. AT THE END, WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINAL OUTCOME OF THIS PROJECT. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND CALL HIM FOR ANY OTHER FUTURE PROJECTS NEEDED FOR MY HOME.

2 non-original side walls on my garage had been ignored for years and needed attention. I pretty much just wanted the plywood replaced I was given a quote for the job and agreed. Not only did he replace the plywood but also 2 support studs that were rotten, at no extra charge. Very professional, and a job well done. Will call again for any work around my home.

I hired Francisco with Homedic Remodeling to help make my new house feel more?like a home. I am so glad that I did!? He was extremely professional and helpful. He was always?on time and ready to work!? I had him paint my new house, replace the two bathroom toilets, and replace the front door. When I mentioned to him what my idea was for my laundry room he helped me customize shelving which required him to tear down the old wall and put up new drywall with a custom shelf!?I felt like he went above and beyond for me.??I never?felt hassled, he took care of buying all the materials and made the whole process very easy!?I am so happy with his work, I will definitely be calling him again when I?am ready?to remodel my kitchen!!!
