+ -1 moreBad. The company applied a silicone/siloxane waterproofing coating on parts of our 10 unit condo building in the summer of 2018. However they did not cover our windows, there was some wind, and apparently the over-spray is on our glass. We didn't notice until we had routine window washing in the spring 2019. The company has denied any responsibility. Some of our windows are awful and will not come clean. We are exploring bringing a law suit.

Description of Work: Stanley was exactly the type of contractor to avoid. He showed up, said that all the details were wrong, and even though I pointed out that as the homeowner AND and architect who restores exterior walls he continued to say how all of the details were wrong. eventually he said that if he had to build 'by the book' per the details, it would cost more. This is the kind of contractor who drives wedges between the owner and architect and in this case his suggestions would have caused damage to the building.

Description of Work: We (my condo association) had extensive problems with tuckpointing and brickwork along the back of our 4 buildings. I called about a dozen masonry contractors from the yellow pages. Eight returned my calls and came out to look at the job. Six actually got back to me with estimates. Of all the contractors, WM was the most forthcoming with information. Explaining where our problems were and what work would be needed to correct each problem. In instances where there were options, they outlined each option and quoted its price. They also explained the differences clearly so we could make informed decisions when setting our budget for the work. They showed up when they were scheduled and did the work in the timeframe quoted. They were also a big help in getting permits from the city -- which is no small chore.
